BDO Car Insurance

Patulong naman po. I'm so fed up calling BDO demanding for my car loan insurance policy . Nag expire na yung policy ko as per their bill notice, wala pa rin  ang policy . My loan officer kept telling na they will send, pero wala pa rin. Ano ba dapat kong gawin? Pwede ko bang idemand na ibalik nila yung binayad ko sa insurance?

hi sis. I'm planning to get BDO car insurance pa naman for my band new car, until I read your post here. How was it na sis? Were you able to get your insurance policy?

hello makulit! we have the same experience. BDO renewed my insurance using my car mortgage payment for May 2010, but until now i don't have a copy of the insurance policy. their accredited repair shop told me that they were informed by BDO that my insurance was not renewed. now i've been calling BDO and they kept on giving me another contact person and so on. i have talked to 3 people and will transfer me to another "who is in-charge daw". so where does my insurance payment went? if i chose to pay for the repairs, it would have been more convenient. my car was stuck in my garage for 3 weeks now only to be informed that it was not insured? hay!

hay naku ganyan din yong sa amin sa BDO ang tagal tagal ko ng nagbayad tapos tagal dumating ng policy , pero pag renewal advice super aga, nov pa ang renew ko as early as july nagpadala na ng renewal advice
im thinking na nga na lumipat na ng insurance since november na ngayon so need to decide na kung saan maganda

Same experience i had.. i will change na my Car Insurance!! magaling lang sila kapag payment ng insurance but after they got the payment [textspeak!] policy at cptl hindi na mapapadala! u need pa magfollow up ng magfollow up. the problem is [textspeak!] employee or the one handling your account nagtatago.

Better change your car insurance as early as possible. Shift to Charter Ping An na lang mga sis!
