hi sis. can u tell us more about it? i'm really interested with this. gusto kong mag cleansing detox pero i find it such a hassle to prepare concoctions for this purpose. how is it any different with laxative teas? i've been drinking bioslim.. before effective cya but now, not so much.

^hi sis...with other laxative "teas' the main target really is just to force the stomach to do double time action so that whatever you ate during that day or previously would be eliminated. Fiber teas on the other hand tend to just promote stool softening by making the stools bulkier--much more slippery so that it is easier to pass. dr. Tams tea concentrates on the toxins stored in the colon area---stomach, big intestines and small intestines + appendix. The action is more of toxin and residue removal that even months of collected debris and bacteria in the intestinal wall is purged.

i have tried this before...the first few times you drink the tea,you will have the urge to frequently visit the toilet...siguro mga 5X or more ang stool movement in a day...you will also notice that the color of your stool will change as you continue to drink the tea! depende din kung madami kang toxins sa body...so from dark colored,later on mas lighter color na siya...i forgot na how much yung bottle.basta it comes in a 1 liter container...not sure na re the price but i think almost a thousand bucks yata...they will also recommend that you drink the "live green" supplement also available at the shop..this is to replenish whatever nourishment you may lose while detoxifying...i might try this again kapag may mahaba akong days off! hard kasi especially when you have to travel at kelangan hanap ka pa ng restroom!

thanks for the info sis! i agree with kaiz, sana available din ito online. i searched ebay pero wala.  i really wanna try it but i'm from cebu so i don't know where to get it. buti pa red juice available dito but i heard some feedbacks kasi na it's not that effective. i want to detoxify-cleanse talaga, feeling ko ang dumi2x na ng insides ko (intestines.) and parang convenient kasi siya cause ready to drink na diba? concern ko lang.. weekends lang day.off ko.. would it work if i'd drink it for one day tapos out na kaagad yung dumi? or dapat successive yung pag-inom? i don't think i can take it during my work days kasi panu yun.. di siguro ako maka.focus sa job ko kasi palagi lang ako punta ng cr!!!

^ sis, bakit di mo i-try tumawag sa kanila baka puede sila magship nito. umiinom din ako nito 2x a month. sarap ng pakiramdam after mo mag-cr kasi mararamdaman mo talaga na-cleanse ka. medyo mahal lang. sa megamall sa may holistic circle ako bumibili nito.

^sis, ang inom kasi nito sa gabi so kailangan wala kang lakad kinabukasan. sa first time iinom nito usually 2-4 trips sa cr pero ako ngayon twice or minsan once na lang mag-poop. so nakakaalis pa ako after lunch. nakabili ako kanina sa megamall sa holistic kaya lang small bottle lang yung available sa kanila.
