^actually yung stroller lang sa toysrus yung sulit i-bus.. our quicksmart and maclaren hassle pareho.. pero yung stokke talaga nga namang uber comfy sa bata.. hassle sa magfofold and magbubuhat.. hehe

@pinkpotato: Yup korean brand I ike the features and mukhang matibay. At first I was contemplating on buying the Aprica stroller 'coz it was on sale, too, but my husband pointed out that the Capella stroller is more sturdy and it has more baby-friendly features. So after a long discussion, we chose the Capella brand.

I didn't realize that shopping for your baby brings out the obsessive-compulsiveness in you. When I was still shopping just for myself (or for my husband), I wasn't very particular. But this time it's different. I would go an extra mile just to visit every store, making sure that I've got the best deal for my baby. I guess, welcome to motherhood for me

hay naku kanina i went to healthway alabang for my routine urinalysis and may nakasabay ako na mom ang dala nyang stroller ay quinny. 2 strollers na quinny one for her newborn and one for her toddler... nainggit ako... parang gusto ko tuloy quinny than bugaboo... ano ba yan... paiba iba ako ng gusto.

^^ yeah mukhang matibay nga sya. pero mabigat lang noh? Aprica is a bit expensive. this is a japan brand naman but correct me if i'm wrong.

^ trins, we had quinny buzz but we let go kasi it was a hassle for us since commuters kami. kahit di need we are obliged to ride a taxi since may malaking stroller kaming karga. if we are living in the phils, since may suv naman, i wouldn't mind having a buzz. first love ko talaga ito and i still feel sad everytime i see one around.

now we are using a zapp. pretty din sya and hassle free. we were able to bring it on board sa plane, put it on the plane's overhead bin lang. it's also light weight at 6kgs i think.

bugaboo is a good choice, you wouldn't get wrong with it. but whatever stroller makes you insomiac, buy na. di worth ang stress. buy na lang ulet another in time. hehe.

@pinkpotato, sis ok namn yung zapp pangcommute? like sa mtr or bus? after few months kasi pagkapanganak ko, alis na kami ulit dito sa pinas, duon commuter din kami unlike here na kahit bulky yung stroller ok lang at me sasakyan.  balak kasi namin bilhin quinny zap + maxi cosi. medyo naalangan lang ako sa maxi cosi kasi pricey tapos ilang months lang magagamit.

^^ yeah definitely way better than the buzz or yung ibang light weight na strollers. kasi this one is foldable, imagine maluwang pa ang overhead bin sa eroplano. sa MRT we don't fold it anymore, only pag ride ng bus kasi masikip minsan.

you can't use the stroller without the maxi cosi sa new born. i suggest you get a maxi cosi pa din. if you can consider pre loved, yung mga mint condition na 2nd hand, that would too. the price would be 50% lesser.

Kami din hindi na finofold sa mrt ng sg ang zapp. Madami din nakastroller dun. Sa bus naman, kasha sa pinto pero may time na nahirapan ako ipasok sha dahil may railing sa gitna ng pinto nila. Sobrang sakto.

  dami palang mommies from SG ! isa po ako sa inyo...ako til now confused pa rin, most of my friends recommend the bugaboo chameleon pero parang okay nga ang zapp kasi lightweight.matagal pa naman kasi before ko magamit yung zapp body talaga kasi hindi pa nga ako nanganganak e! so mauuna talaga ang maxi cosi...tanong lang til ilang months nyo nagamit yung maxicosi infant carrier/carseat?

Anyone saw the Joolz stroller sa takashimaya? sa may babies' section? yun sana pinag-iisipan ko.i'm still choosing between quinny zapp/bugaboo cham/joolz.Stokke is so out of my choices kasi ang bulky pag naka-fold!

quinny zap extra ba yung 2011 model? saw it at taka kanina. nasa $600sgd cya. i like it so much kaso ang hassle pag nagcocommute

i want the buzz sana, however here in sg na tipong bus/mrt, medyo hassle cya. sabi naman ni hubby maclaren XLR but ako naman gusto ko sana reversible.

has anyone here tried g elite? ok cyang alternative for quinny buzz, but downside is heavier nga lang cya. saw it at spring maternity. yung joolz ok rin sana, pero hindi ok ang presyo

last option is, magtitiyaga ako gumamit ng babybjorn or ng baby sling til 4-6mos si baby then buy a zapp. gusto ko talaga ng quinny since i find maclaren quite flimsy...

thanks marcia sa balita. will check the zapp xtra. i mentioned it with hubs but just in case, di rin to masusulit ng gaano unless we travel again na parang the whole day we will be out. Dito kasi H never sleeps sa pram. Sa HK lang kasi as early as 8am nasa labas na kami then home late na, so no choice sya pagod paguran talaga.

i think joolz is also avail at one store in Vivo. I just forgot the name. Heavy din ang jools di ba? I really don't recommend bulky and heavy prams if you are a commuter. Been there and have seen the hassle. panira poise talaga. pero kung mag taxi ever or you have your own car naman go go lang.

@ YAPPEGURL- no sis wala pang sale sa taka...galing kc ng sales talk nung guy sa JOOLZ pram e.para siyang Stokke explory, mataas din,hindi knee level makikita ni baby,pero pag fold mo, may option na tanggalin [textspeak!] back wheels pag masikip sa trunk ng car/cab...kasi di ba may taxis na maliit yung boot end?i think if til 3 months eh maxi cosi infant carrier/car seat ang gamit, madali naman ma-detach para salpak na lang din sa loob ng car...nasa Vivo din ba ito? hindi ko nakita...san dun? pero i think standard ang pricing nito...
Anyone has tried the Bugaboo chameleon? parang ito lang kasi ang fully customizable ang colors e! We'll be having a baby girl kasi and hubby and I want everything pink for our daughter...

i think it's better to get the Xtra. like us zapp user, our babies are toddlers na., down side ng zapp lang is di na recline, hirap si baby pag natulog.
