Kanina may nag text sabi "kamusta na kayo dyan? ito pala bago ko roaming. dito  na lang kayo text! ingat kayo lagi...miss ko na kayo, nga pa la paloadan niyo muna to naubusan lang ng stock dito sa paloadan namin"

Monthly ko na yata to nare-receive galing sa samu't saring numbers.  Ang nawawala kong kamag-anak na hindi man lang nagpapakilala.

you can report these scammers at your respective mobile service providers. just show the message when you visit their business centers. but then the scammers can just buy another sim card. :p at least hindi na nila magagamit yung mga load na nabigay sa kanila. pero baka pinasaload naman nila. basta wag tayo maniwala.

Aside from going to smart or globe's business center, is there an easier way of reporting these scammers?

Sana we can report this via their websites. If proof is needed, we can send them a photo of the text msg naman.

Halos araw araw nakakareceive ako sa iba't ibang number ng sun na sinasabi nag exceed daw ako sa mobile data ko at para di ako ma-charge ending pasahan ko rin ng load. Bwisit na mga yan. Globe ako tapos taga sun mag-aadvise sa akin. Bwisit.

Searched online muna baka may something. Ayun I found out na scam phishing to. I wanted to file a complain against these numbers pero dito ako napunta. Seems walang way. Dati kasi meron sa DOTC pero you have to send a fax pa -_-

Nakakainis yung mga ganito. Actually mas safe pa yata talaga ang naka prepaid kasi pag postpaid, your carrier can do what they want sa details mo. Hay. I'm not sure sa fine print ng local telecoms kasi honestly i dont read them pero sa ibang bansa when a subscriber asks kung ibebenta ba yung contact details mo sa ibang company, and standard answer is NO, but they can endorse it to companies/individuals na feeling nila eh pwede kang mag benefit. So technically yes yung mga telecoms they really give out their subscribers' contact details to anyone they like.

marami din nagtetext sa akin sun nos. magpapasa load daw ako globe no.  blah blah.. nireklamo ko sa globe yan sabi nila i report ko nalang daw yung globe no. na papasahan..  i asked them if pwede bang ma stop nila mga ganung text from unknown nos. wala na daw silang magagawa. sample ng text ay ganito:
