sis happy_contented i think it's required. kasi yung salary na iooffer nila sayo is based on the info you provide to them.. like yung previous salary mo mga ganon. so if magdecline ka baka may bad impact yun..

i have to say.... that was way before... 21 months bonus ng mga regular employees dun plus 100% medical benefits...dame perks,,priveleges,events...super fun environment

however... 65% ang contractual and that benefits mentioned above are for regular employees only..it will take you years before maregular lahat kase nag uumpisa sa contractual..you have to prove so much of yourself to be considered pa na maregular and super duper dame ng workload mo pero dahil sa "pulitika" maraming bisor ang petiks na lang kase palakasan naman..lahat pinapasa sa staff then sila yung mag cclaim ng recognition

my latest update was (1st quarter 2010) ,,18 months na lang daw ang bonus nila na parang magiging 15 months na lang yata dahil lagi delayed na ang pasok ng bonus, krisis na krisis na ang smart, ang smart bro agents wala ni isang regular dun,dati, panu pa kaya ngaun and may mga employees na binigyan na ng additional task na mag benta na ng smart bro kit para dagdag kita sa company.. kasama na un sa role nila ang mag outbound sales ng smart bro may quota pa...nililihim pa nga nila na sila ang may ari ng red mobile eh para kagatin ng mga subscribers na ayaw mag smart...kaso wala hindi naman din pumatok ang red mobile hehe

hi sis nagwork ako sa globe naka 2 years din ako don. hehe! mababa nga yun sahod don.. pero sabi ng mga friend ko n engineers sa globe n kung mababa daw yun sahod sa globe, mas mababa daw and monthly salary sa smart kung umaabot sila ng 18 mos pay same lang din kung itotal mo yun 1 year n sasahurin mo sa globe and sa smart. unlimited overtime pa sa globe, so mas malaki pa daw yun nagiging income nila.. sabi nila ha.. hehe! para sa akin the best ang lopez group of companies.. Meralco, ABS-CBN, Bayantel etc..
