^ for jacuzzi, i haven't heard any spa with private jacuzzi (except for the really high-end), however,
victoria court has some rooms with jacuzzi, which you can try

Has anyone tried Ginhawa Spa & Dining by Mont Albo?
There's an ongoing deal (might be ending) in ensogo about it.
It's supposed to be a spa targeted to couples, because they have a private sauna in the room.

I haven't tried it there, so i posted here. I'm very interested in trying this place with the gf.

Wensha Spa in Roxas Blvd. ok din kasi may kasama na buffet package when you availed their spa services.

My boss always go there at Wensha Spa.  He highly recommends it.  Hindi pa naming na-try ni hubby siguro one of these days.

ang alam ko hiwalay yung boys and girls sa wensha pag full body massage pero pwede kayo magkita at magsama sa buffet area saka kung foot massage yung gagawin.

We tried MBay Health Spa near Roxas Blvd. Nabili naming yung voucher at Cashcashpinoy. OK naman, worth P1000+ for couples. With shared Jacuzzi, shower rooms and lockers. Free drinks while watching TV. Then sa 2nd floor andun naman yung spa area (for groupies, singles and couples). We went to our designated room and had our couple massage, with bathroom. Ok naman ang services and facilities, bago.

i love going to spas.. with friends  .. just this year, i decided to treat hubby..

we tried aramesh spa in makati.. we availed their ventosa, body massage and ear candling..  nagpa reserve ako 1 week before for their valentine package.. they asked me to give our top 8 favorite songs so they can play it while massaging us.. so when we were there, they played the songs and nagustuhan naman ni hubby ang massage and all.. 

as for me, ok lang.. the best kasi sa akin sa the spa..

Oo nga sayang naman sa Wensha gusto ko rin magkasama kami ni Hubby since first time niya mag pa massage. Bet ko sana dun kasi may buffet

Mas okay dun kapag barkada kayo. Magkahiwalay kasi ang boys and girls, sa buffet area lang kayo magkikita. Try other spa na may couple room nalang.

galing lang kami sa Mbay health spa in quirino, sobrang sulit..we got a twin room without CR tapos 1 hr massage, damage was 1570 lang (10% off kasi), 1770 with tip

may common room jacuzzi, sauna tsaka steam room pa...two thumbs up!

Try Blue Lotus along Macapagal Ave. I think their stone massage was around 600-800, i forgot since it was a treat from my sis and we were in a room good for 5. If I remember it right, you can request for a couple's room.

If you feel like splurging for a special occasion, try nyo rin mag stay sa The Farm sa San Benito. Ang ganda ng place and serene. If you go on a weekday, halos walang tao so inyong dalawa lang ang infinity pool etc. I love their massages. Pa-healthy nga lang ang food - kung di nyo type, I suggest mag daytrip na lang kayo.

Just tried Le Spa of Sofitel.. Duo Romantic Couple Massage for Php 6k.. you have your own suite equipped with private shower room, cr, sauna, and tub.. also with complimentary wine, green apple, and chocolate pralines.. we chose the Jardin d' eden room to get a nice view of manila bay during sunset. the downside lang is yung balcony nya malapit dun sa slide ng swimming pool, so medyo nacocompensate yung privacy kapag gusto mo sanang lumabas to see the stunning manila bay.. but the view is very very nice and relaxing.. as to the massage, okay lang.. one of the best massages i ever had.. since medyo pricey dito, my most favorite spa still goes to The Spa Fort..
