OK nga sis ang Nurture Spa, un nga lang medyo pricey. I heard ok daw sa Valentino Resort. Any ideas magkano yung spa rates nila ?? TIA!

Saan po magandang mag couple's spa na hindi oil ang gamit? say, lotion or anything na hindi malagkit. I can't tolerate oily stuff kasi.

Okay yung hilot, I really like it! I've had several services at The Spa before, I think I've found my favorite and this is it.

The therapist will heat her hands using a candle (hindi ba masakit? Hindi naman daw.) so ang sarap nung first stroke sa back. Then they'll use the banana leaves and leave it as is - so okay yung heat naiiwan.

It was the shortest and longest 1 1/2 hour massage I had - I kept counting and didn't want it to end! But still, it felt longer... like 2 hours. Which made it even nicer, kasi that means I didn't feel hurried.

In case the location matters, I had mine done at The Spa @ The Fort.

Mga sis, repost ko lang tanong ko.. has anyone tried The Spa sa Greenbelt 1 or The Fort? And ano recommended niyo na spa services? (Hilot, Volcanic Rock, Thai, etc.)  Planning to try this out with my bf on our anniv.

Follow-up na lang, sa The Fort they have a couple room na villa overlooking pa the metro. It's their most expensive room, pero I read some reviews na okay na okay sya. Very relaxing.

I've been to The Fort and Alabang and mas maliit talaga The Fort. Wet area nya is small jacuzzi and steam lang. IR yung sauna, so may extra bayad (I think it's free with the couples room, if I remember right).

Kung kaya ng budget, go to the one at The Fort na lang.

But definitely definitely try the hilot!!!

^sis bale ang rooms pala sa The Spa ganito. meron silang Deluxe yun yung common room. then executive, 1 or 2 persons in a room. tapos yung premier villa which is only available at the fort, is good for 1 or 2 persons din. yung latter lang ang may sariling jacuzzi, sauna/steam sa room. and they will give you 30 minutes to enjoy those facilities before they give you a massage. yung premier villa ang rate nya for 2 persons kapag traditional hilot is 2800. villa and massage for 2 na yun good for 2 hours.

I tried the IR Sauna (not the normal heat sauna) sa The Spa. It's built for 1 and in a separate room, kaya pala P750 sya! Hehe.. I plan to try it every month - it's relaxing and you don't feel stuffy inside. It's also in the same floor as the premier villa. They have the garden setup on the roof and that's where you go for the IR Sauna rooms and the premier villa. Okay ang ambience.

The girl na kasabay ko was staying at the premier villa, and she didn't change in the common rooms. Went straight to the villa, I think dun na merong facility to change and put on her robes. Hay, sana magawa ko rin to soon!

share ko lang yung first spa experience namin ni bf. we went to Bay Spa in Blue Wave along Macapagal. same as sis purpleish si Analyn yung nag-spa sakin. it is for my bday and nagustuhan ko talaga yung service nila. nakapag-relax talaga kame ni bf, at for sure babalik kame dun! we paid P550 each for 1 hour rejuvenating massage (swedish + reflexology) with shower and steam bath and free green tea. ang nagustuhan ko sa kanila magagalang yung staff at hindi minamadali yung customers nila, like kame naka-idlip pa kame after our massage. wala naman gumising samin. when we went out of the couple's room (no additional charge din) in-assist nila kame agad to the steam batch area/shower area, depende kung ano ang gusto namin. andun na din yung hot green tea namin. ang mejo off lang ay binigyan si bf agad ng small envelope for the tip, pero expected naman yun at hindi cumpolsary. and since satisfied naman kame sa service nila binigyan na din namin sila ng tip.
