^really, sis? such a bad news. so it means they are stricter now. from what i remember sa contract you are required to render 4-year service to the country. it did not mention na dapat related based from what i remember.

There is a qualifying exam. Scholarship is available to students who wish to pursue priority fileds of study in science, math and engineering.

dost-pchrd scholar here

medyo mahirap talaga magtravel abroad. lasy tear we had a field visit in thailand and we have done everything naman to lift our names in the immigration pero nahirapan kami with the immigration at naia3, kala namin di kami tutuloy, ewan kung naghihintay ng bribe or naawa. we were allowed to board 5 minutes before the plane took off. stress to the highest level!

im still on post grad scholarship so 3 years pa kong mahihirapan mag out of the country

^ rys ~ Sis, After getting the letter from DOST, go to BI in Intramuros and you will be asked to return after 3 business days for the clearance letter. Prepare 500Php

ayun, pumunta ako kahapon. mga 430 na nga ako nakapunta. dami tao pero dun sa window 12, konti tao.

binigay ko clerance from DOST, waited for my name to be uhmmm... 'written' sa white board na nakalagay sa counter nila then binalik form with tatak na 'no derogatory records'. inask ko anong next step. yun na daw, inask ko uli. Okay na daw. Inask ko uli kung okay na ba yung at yun yung hahanapin sa airpot, oo daw.

4months na lang at 5years na ako sa work.. meaning puwede na akong kumuha ng clearance!! yey! talagang di ako kumukuha ng passport dahil ayokong ma-stress.. sa pagkuha pa lang ng nbi after graduation para sa work eh hirap na ako kaya i decided na kukuha ng passport after 5yrs pa.. eto na.. malapit na!!! pero na-mention sakin nung isang friend ko na DOST scholar din, may kilala daw siya na scholar din na di nag-work after maka-graduate.. tapos after 4 or 5 years (not sure kung engg course) eh nakakakuha naman daw ng clearance..

Sis, kamusta? Have you been out of the country since your clearance? I'm going to HK end of June and I'm not sure if I had to do something else besides bring the DOST clearance and BI clearance and show it at the airport.

Hello, I just want to ask if anyone has tried getting an NBI clearance online using the NBI-Online site, even if she's a DOST scholar? I have a temporary clearance from DOST already, and I was just afraid of my NBI clearance not being processed (and consequently losing the Php 140 pesos I would need to pay) just because I was a scholar.
