Exactly what I wanted, gusto ko kasi parang dance pa rin para feel na feel ang workout and enjoy kapag ginagawa

nag zumba dance workout kami last wednesday, and it was fun! i liked it .. looking forward this wednesday ulit.

I like the short zumba video on youtube (yung may shakira sounds).. I tried downloading a complete session but it's not as fun as the one sa youtube eh.. May marerecommend kayong zumba video na more on the upbeat side, yung maraming hiphop angles? TIA

mga sis, saan meron  zumba classes? boring kasi zumba steps ng aero instructor namin sa opis.

san ba location mo? sa Gold's Gym meron silang Zumba Class, meron din sa Proj 4 QC Tara Robics (taas ng Daily Supermarket) meron ding Zumba Class.

will start zumba later tonight. was able to get the zumba videos na. i'll try the basic and 20 minute express cardio..and probably move on to the other videos pag nasanay nako ulit sa workout.. will have to do this at home though. ang layo ko sa mga gyms na nagooffer ng zumba classes eh.
