^ they're pretty reputable naman, you have to check the coverage as well as the car dealers/talyer that they will let you bring the car to if anything happens. also check for payment schedule

Next year baka lipat kami ng BPI.

I took a second look kasi sa insurance na kinuha ko noong nagrenew ako ng registration. I worry about claiming in case something happens.

I'm hunting good car insurance for an old car. Because of that I'm after yung insurance na minimum CPTL na required lang ng government - nothing much fancy - but I want to get from one that are reliable.

We already received a letter from bpi ms for renewal pero the previous contract with them will expire on aug pa naman. tindi! masyadong advance ang reminder!

^ Nung nakamortgage pa car namin sa BPI, maaga daw sila nag-aadvise sis kasi if the owner plans to pay the premium by installment maayos din nila nang maaga ang papeles. Don't know lang if the same applies to cars not mortgaged to BPI.

^the car dealer should coordinate with bpi ms re insurance sis since it's brand new. Comprehensive insurance ito. the dealer should take care of all lto-related transactions like the car plate, tpl and of course the or/cr. if the car is mortgaged, the or/cr will be kept by the mortgagor (either in-house or bank). yung pupunta lang muna sa yo is the photocopy of the or/cr and the client copy of the comprehensive insurance.

Hindi ba kasama sa package un sis? Or did you choose your own insurance company?

@cindylulu Thank you, Sis. I haven't gotten back to my bank after I picked up the car last Sunday. Sige, I'll ask them my client copy later and probably talk to them about the specific details of the policy, generalized kasi nung una.
