ilan gig ba dapat ang sd card na gagamitin

depends on the model sis. from 2 gb to 8 gb yun. our small garmin nuvi is 2 gb while the big one is running on internal memory hehe (my hubby just remembered that he should buy an sd card na for this one. naalala bigla hehe). the head unit naman of our other car is running on garmin map. you may google garmin or carnavi for more info sis.

^Me too. My Garmin Nuvi 205 is still working. You can even customize the the voice/icons  and make software updates that you can download from the Garmin website.

Compared to my previous generic china GPS, the Nuvi doesn't have errors.

where do you buy your garmin nuvi? and HM?

^you may buy those at autoshops or online sis. our other large garmin was bought online in the US and was couriered to pinas.

garmin sis. yes, very easy. kabit lang sa power outlet sa car tapos idikit lang ang pang mount.

My hubby bought one last year at Best Buy. When we got back in the PH, he downloaded the Philippine map. Works great but because it computes the faster/shorter route, it keeps on "recalculating" on us LOL! We also find it weird that the GPS always tell us to pass at President's Ave in BF Homes Pque even if the entrance to our subdivision is in JAKA Plaza. When we drive straight, it recalculates and asks us to turn left at Lopez (which is after our subdivision).

My dad got interested and we bought another one via Amazon and it was brought by a balikbayan relative. He is not a techie person so he panicked when it showed wrong driving directions. Like the first day he tried it, he was in C5 Libis and wanted to go to Sta Lucia Mall, but the GPS wanted him to pass thru Marikina pa. Mali daw! Hahaha! Told him to just drive his usual route kasi baka maloka siya kung talagang susundin nya ang GPS.

Found out that Garmin 1350's American English Language is Jill (female) and Jack (male). Iba din ang tono ng normal english na language hehe!
