hello :)
do you have recipes that can be used for oven toaster?

simpleng pastries and sweets, lalo ngayon may nakuha akong flour mixer nung christmas party hehe

Try this:

Short Ribs (baste in bbq sauce and maple syrup)

prok shortribs
pepper
salt

basting: 3T maple syrup and 3/4 c bbq sauce (ready made)

Preheat oven to 400degF
Parboil the short ribs. Drain.
Put shortribs in a flat baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
Bake short ribs for 15 minutes. take out the ribs from the oven. Lower temperature to 350.
Baste short ribs every 15minutes. Or as often as you like.
Total baking time is 1hour.
you can broil it for 3 minutes, high if you want that 'bbq' look before baking time's done.

This is a hit sa mga bata. Kahit pa matanda :)

Sprinkle

Eto pa:
Chicken casserole with artichoke

4pcs chicken breast (sliced, halves whatever)
1 can artichoke (quartered)
1can mushroom slices
Butter
Garlic (your preference)
Flour
Salt

Saute garlic in 1T butter. Brown seasoned chicken breast. Add mushroom. Set aside/arrange in a baking dish.
Arrange the quartered artichoke on top of the chicken "mixture"
Using the same pan, melt 1T butter. Add 2 T flour. Mix. Slowly add the chicken broth, around 1cup, until it's thick. Pour it over the chicken.
Bake for 45 mins @350degF

pizza! i tried making pizza yesterday and i'm so happy it was successful.. :D i even made another one a while ago..hehe

crust: makes 2 (10") thin crust
200g flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp yeast
1 tbp dried herbs (basil, parsley, etc) **i used basil**
125ml luke warm water
1 tbp oil

mix dry ingredients together and create a hole in the middle of it. pour the oil and water and knead for 5-10 mins or until the the dough is smooth and elastic. put in a slightly greased bowl (a big one) cover with a cling wrap and let it poof for 1hr. knock it down and knead a little. divide into 2 portion and make a small ball, let it rest for 10 min. flatten the dough and roll a pin to make a crust. put it in a pizza pan.

toppings: 2 major ingredients
tomato sauce
cheese
and anything that can be used as toppings found in your ref or kitchen.. :D

*put tomato sauce first then grate cheese on top of it then put the other toppings. after which, grate cheese again on top of the toppings.

Bake on a preheat oven @ 200C for 20min or until the crust is crispy.
(i used baking tray and after baking it for 20 min the center is soft so i transfered it to the grilling tray and bake for another 5 mins to make the crust crisp.)

i find it easy to do, less ingredients to work with..hehe and while making the dough rise i can make other chores and i find making homemade pizza fun because i got to choose the toppings i want to put on it.. :D
my homemade http://img708.imageshack.us/i/pizzaf.jpg/.. for the taste, i'll let the picture speak for itself..  ;D

for 10-12 pcs of leg & thigh chicken, marinate it with mckormick's rosemary mix or lemon pepper mix. pour olive oil on chicken parts. bake at 350 for 1 hour.

baked baby potatoes  :)
eto din simple lang, you will need:

baby potatoes
butter
bacon (shreded)
cheddar quickmelt cheese or kahit hindi ok lang :)

1. Wash the baby potatoes, just leave the skins on, tas place them in a pot, put a pinch of salt then boil it till tender.
2. Tapos, place them in a baking pan (the baking pan should've been pasted with butter para di manikit,i'm not sure kung tama yung reason ko for this dish pero nakasanayan ko na kasi)
3. Put cheese on top of each pototatoes as many as you want
4. On top of the cheese put naman the shreded bacon
5. Lastly, butter sa top pa din, or ikalat mo na lang sa buong pan.

you can also add parsley on it :)

Eto pa:

porkchops 4-6pcs 9you can pound it para mas tender, your choice)

Arrange porkchops in a baking dish.
---
1/2 cup maple syrup
2T balsamic vinegar
2T low sodium soy sauce
2T teriyaki soy sauce
2 lemon, juice squeezed
1/2 c chopped onion
pinch of salt and pepper

Mix/blend all the ingredients except the pork chops.
Pour on top of the porkchops.
Bake at 350deg for an hour or until its well done.

Sauce will be runny.  But if you want the gravy texture, melt 1T butter in a pan, add 1 or 2 T of flour. Mix until well blend. Slowly add the sauce from the baked pork. Continue stirring until its thick. Season to taste.
