i have really easy oven-baked chicken recipe..

1 whole chicken (cut in the middle parang nakahiga/nakadapa yung chicken)  ;)
1 juice of orange
1 juice of lemon
1/3 cup soy sauce
pepper (to taste)
3 cloves of garlic, minced

Mix all ingredients, rubbed the chicken and marinate for 10 mins.. Tpos baked in the oven with foil/cover together with the marinade for 1.5 hours in 175 degrees Celcius (approx 350 F) or until chicken is tender. Remove foil and then baked until skin is golden..

Tapos collect the drippings, cooked over low heat, dissolve cornstarch with water then then add sa drippings for gravy.

coconut macaroons ^_^

this recipe i found at allrecipes.com excellent site

Ingredients
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
5 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
2.In a large bowl, stir together the flour, coconut and salt. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla using your hands until well blended. Use an ice cream scoop to drop dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Cookies should be about golf ball size.
3.Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until coconut is toasted.

to make this an even better cookie, melt some chocolate then drizzle it on top, or you can dip half of the cookie in the chocolate then let it cool for 30mins

Try this Banana Muffins recipe...  ;D

 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 1 teaspoon baking powder
 1 teaspoon baking soda
 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
 3 large bananas, mashed
 3/4 cup white sugar
 1 egg
 1/3 cup butter, melted

Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit (175 degrees C). Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin mixture into pan.

Bake in preheated oven.

**You can opt to bake mini muffins or regular ones.

-->Bake mini muffins for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for 25 to 30 minutes.
