1. your guest list - are they mostly kids? what are the age bracket? what do they have in common?
2. party theme - is this a pirates party?is this a runway fashion show party?
3. party venue - is there enough room for activities? is their big area for stage?
4. party time - is this noontime party? is this evening?

parties need not have magic tricks all the time. you can have other entertainment that is equally amazing as well. all we need is a little creativity

nakaraos din 7th bday ng daughter ko. although hindi sya sing bongga katulad jan sa tin, the kids had so much fun sa activities, games and prizes we prepared for them.

hi my eldest child will be turning 7 3 weeks from now...at first she want it to be a family outing(swimming)..just me her daddy and her siblings... and then yesterday i hosted a 7th bday of her cousin... then her mind changed..she wanted a swimming party..i need ur help...i only have three..i have a venue already...

for my son's 7th birthday party very recently we had the ffg:

- 7 treasures
- 7 wishes
- 5 dance and song performances of my kid and his friends
- 3 professional entertainers (1 group and 2 solo)
- 8 games
- kids' mini-fashion show

^^ Can you reduce the number of guests?  Where is the party?  Sa house lang?  Sa 20k, food pa lang plus dress (kasi "fancy") and perhaps photography, kakainin na ang budget mo.

 If you can reduce the guest list to half, mas mapapaganda mo ang details.

if this is not a house party sis, i think kukulangin ka sa budget for 80pax. even if 15-20pax jan are kids, kulang pa rin ata ang 20k sis..more so bec fancy theme na gusto nyo i-achieve.

i've tried a house party 6years ago sa province (1st bday ng panganay namin). we spent around 6k for about 30 guests. foods including cake and cupcakes, all DIYS (tarp, invites, game prizes, lootbags, decors), rental ng tables and chairs, chaffing dishes, tent. wala pa host jan..

girl or boy? if girl, nice ang charm bracelet if you have some budget to spare. you can buy a charm or two to go with it (maybe something that is symbolic?). then as she grows older she can add charms to it. parang bang diary on her wrist.

this is what im planning to get my daughter for her 7th birthday. at least gift na pang-matagalan

Yw. Plus that 7 gifts should something symbolic di ba? You can say that as she grows older she may add "charms" to it so when she looks back when she is older it will be a reminder of her happy childhood yadda yadda

^im stumped. Generally mahirap mag isip ng gift for boys. Watch? Pero I can't think of a symbolism there.
