I learned that years later, you will look back at the moments when you bawled your eyes out and cried yourself to sleep and think "What the F was I thinking?!"  ;D

Not to trivialize the pains of those who are trying to move on after a breakup or anything, but its true what they say - time heals. You WILL be able to move on. You WILL find someone else.  :)

@sis istarlet: Very true.  :)

When my first relationship didn't work out, I thought I'd die of pain but hey, look who's still fighting! :P Talk about resilience...Seriously, time will definitely heal - IF WE CHOOSE TO BE HEALED, that is. ;)

when an exboyfriend and i broke, i also thought i'd die of pain. it hurts so bad that i can almost feel it physically. moving on is really a long and rigid process. be patient and forgive yourself.

mahirap, masakit, in pain, in darkness, but in the midst of them all, kaya ko pala maging single - with God by my side and with the help of friends  :)

God is an active participant in our lives. We just need to train our selves to see his hand in everything.

Also I look good after losing weight. lol

Take heart and know that moving on and letting go takes time.

It took me a year to finally be able to say that I have moved on. Still single pero masaya dahil buo ako :)

Prayers. :)

haaay... after 3 months na break kami (without communication and living my life alone and freely) - nagparamdam ang g*go kong ex, he wants me back... nagulo mundo ko, though binigyan ko sya ng chance kasi sobra mahal ko.. i know sa sarili kong may nabago na sa akin, di na ako yung dating, "I would GiVE MY ALL"
there's reservation at kaya ko na mabuhay mawalan man siya ulet... good for me?!

I've learned that I have the strength and determination to go after what I want... and I want you back.

Biggest lesson so far:

One reason why it's hard to move on is FEAR. We fear that we will never be as happy as we were in the relationship that ended. We fear that we wont have anyone to care for us in the future.  We fear that we dont deserve to be happy.

The worst thing about fear is that it can cause us to act in desperation. Acts that can permanently destroy any chance for proper closure or even reconciliation.

Courage isnt the lack of fear, its doing the right thing in the presence of fear.

Letting go could also be the best decision not just for you but for the person you love.
