LOCAL TRIP EXPENSES

For a short weekend getaway, we went to Anilao a month ago:

Transpo to Anilao: (my suggestion is to bring your own car tapos split the gas na lang among the group) Our ate brought her car, total gas to and fro with side trips to San Pascual and a coffee house in Batangas was about 2.4k all in including toll fee.

Breakfast: Mcdo at Star Tollways :-) less than PHP100.00

Lunch + Intro to Scuba (30 mins underwater) + snorkelling + island hopping + unlimited use of their facilities for the day: PHP1,800 in Planet Dive
 
We spent the day by:
--doing the intro to Scuba in the morning (it's a shore dive and a divemaster will do all the adjustments for you and your scuba gear so para ka lang nagsisightseeing underwater which is such an amazing experience!)

-- ate lunch then spent the early half of the afternoon island hopping and snorkelling

-- waited for the sunset by lazing around the beach with a good book and unlimited tea and coffee!

-- at sunset, went to San Pascual (you can also go to Nasugbu), bought lots of Dulong and Sinaing na tulingan to bring back to Manila

-- We ate dinner in San Pascual at a friend's house, but to complete the Batangas experience, one may eat at the known Bulalohan joint, Rose and Grace.

-- bought coffee beans at Cafe de Lipa

--travelled back to Manila

It's just a day trip but it was super fun and not too heavy on the pocket~ the most expensive part was the scuba + snorkel +food + island hopping in Planet Dive but it was so worth it! That intro dive made me a scuba addict!

sis miss independent just read your post..para syang pensione house..in fairness ha maganda yung mga rooms nila. bale 2 rooms nakuha namin yung isa junior suite bale 4 kami dun (2 couples);with kitchen(with ref and gas range where you can cook), sala with a sofa where we converted into a bed and a tv, a room with a king size bed. To sum it up all we had a nice stay at Balay da Blas and a hearty breakfast for free pa..

thanks letters_to_cleo but personally scared ako sa mga underwater adventures. lol.. but knowing na sa anilao kayo nag dive, it must be really good.
