Mga sis, if ever you'll leave your dogs sa day care, please inspect the place muna where they will be housed.

May isa akong alam, yung naka day care, yung cage nasa shower and blower area ng grooming area. Imagine the noise of the blower hurting the ears of the pet. And the balahibong nililipad sa room.

Away from the owner na nga tapos ganun pa yung stress sa day care. Tsk.

any good/caring dog boarding place in the south, preferably alabang or cavite area?  i don't like animal house.  the employees there are too busy to really care for your dogs.  we will be away for 4 days.

I really can't decide where to leave my yorkie kapag umalis na ko to work overseas. Sa sister ko kasi dapat siya iiwan kaso she's leaving  din with my mom for 3 months. Pwede ko sana siyang iwan sa bahay ng soon to be mother-in-law ko kaso the last time we left her there, nagka-fleas siya. Kaso ayoko naman iwan siya ng 3months sa pet hotel baka hindi na niya kami kilala kapag kinuha na namin siya.

i had my pet groomed sa aroma pet in timog area.
may day care din sila for dogs.
maganda naman at pwede sila sa crate or rooms. my problem is if i leave him there parang malulungkot siya at mapapagod kakatahol hayst id rather look for a friend who adopt him for awhile

Yesterday, we went to Pawsitive sa Addiiton hills, Mandaluyong, very near Shaw Blvd, actually nilakad lang namin from Shaw Lee Gardens. 

The trainer's name is Joy Uy tapos ang laki laki ng space niya. The dogs aren't caged, free roam! It's a huge house and lot. There are three areas for the dogs: an indoor space, a pen, and a garden. Meron pang mini-pond. Yung tuta ko, si Gumbo (mixed breed), is just 4 months and first time niya makakita ng ganun karaming dogs. Hehe. He was terrified nung start tapos unti-unti na siyang nage-explore pero shy pa rin.

Php500 for 24 hours ang boarding, sobrang sulit. We saw Vets in Practice na rin and I didn't like it because they were caged. Meron pang isa sa Shaw blvd malapit sa Amber's pero mas pangit kasi the place looks so sad. Pup Culture is okay but too far and too expensive. Pawsitive is sobrang sakto lang for us. The trainer also offers obedience training which we'll consider later. For now, boarding lang muna. We plan to bring him there to board on Thursday

^This is interesting, it's the first time I'd heard of Pawsitive.

This New Year's eve, we're having our dogs boarded at BetterDog in Makati, but Pawsitive might be worth a try next time.

BetterDog has a lot of positive reviews. When I inquired through their facebook page, they were responsive and polite. It's just that it's far from our place and we don't have a car to get there, so we're limited to areas reachable with just one public transpo ride or on foot

They are great, we've gone to them a few times now. They're just a little expensive, P800 for small dogs is a lot, plus holidays are extra.
