Re: special requests, only the hotel can confirm if maga-grant, which most of the time masasabi lang nila upon checkin na. I suggest email the hotel directly, just quote your Agoda booking reference number.

^^ You can contact Agoda customer service so they can arrange with the hotel. Or email the hotel directly if you don't want to call them.

Yes, your booking is charged na, so you'll see the full amount reflected sa credit card mo sa next billing.

Now, whether you can cancel the booking or not depends on the cancellation policy that comes with the room. A hotel can offer different cancellation policies for different rooms. For example, a standard room can cost less because your payment is non-refundable, while the another standard room in the same hotel can cost more because you can cancel the reservation and get your payment back.

booked all my hotels through agoda for my last trip. wala naman hassle. yung isang hotel ko nabook ko without logging in sa account ko. i asked them if they could transfer that booking sa account ko with them kasi sayang yung rewards ko, they did it with no questions asked.

more or less a month before your trip bumababa ba ang rates nila? (singapore and hk). do you check their rates everyday?

mga sis ano yung insider deals sa agoda? kasi same room naman pero mas mahal ng konti yung may naka tag na insider deals..

mas lalabas na cheaper dapat pag "insider deal". Compare mo baka me upgrades/freebies like breakfast, free cancellation, type of room/view/beds or something...

sis i think no. ang rates nila is depending sa season. Like if boracay mas mura pag around september than summer or december.  mas possible na mapamahal ka rin pag malapit na ang flight mo kasi yung mga mura na hotel usually una silang nabobook. So possible na wala nang available na mura by 1 month ahead.

Thanks sis, pero tingin ko ang difference nila eh yung points, instead of 62 points lang ang ma earn ko naging 862 points.. nyak.. pwede na din..hehe.. so for  77 pesos na difference na price ng room nag earn ako ng 800 points..

Share ko lang recent experience ko on cancellation. "Free cancellation" naman yung bi-nook ko kaya walang problema. Ambilis ng pagrefund sa credit card, three days lang and na-post before yung due date ng credit card ko.

sisters, you can earn both points and cash with agoda bookings.  sign up with topcashback (you can just google the site), then when you're at topcashback already, search for agoda.com. then click through to the agoda website. once there, you can book the hotel as you normally would.

after your hotel stay, you will get cashback from your agoda booking, which can be paid out to you via paypal. the cashback rate now is 6% of the total hotel cost (not including taxes).  sayang din yun, extra savings.

It's our time to book through agoda and naki-ride lang kami sa cc of a friend. Do we really need to present the actual credit card?

^ no need na for the actual credit card, kahit photocopy lang ng card and ID nya pwede na yun. I made several booking for friends na din, and hindi naman sila hinanapan ng anything from me kasi ipinangalan ko naman sa kanila yung booking. But to be safe, nagpapadala ako ng photocopy ng credit card and ID ko.

may babayaran ka pa ba pagdating sa hotel?

^ nope, wala na babayaran sa hotel. Yung service charge and hotel tax e isasama na sa computation once magbook ka, and you confrm your booking. Exclusive lang yang rate pag nagsi-search/view ka pa lang.
