hi sis ianne16! same month tayo nag exam diba? i was also monitoring my online applications and the "under referral" also turned "regrets" without any interview whatsoever. but last week, HR emailed me for an interview. weird nga e. pero HR said, SOP lang yung interview, it's not yet for a particular department. they will still have to make a recommendation to a department in need of an operations assistant. and again, hindi rin sure, if ever daw ma invite, it will be a panel interview - 3 sila.

don't lose hope, it's still too early. september pa lang naman tayo nag exam! let's be positive

hi sis frozen toes, i actually applied for several posts but mostly op asst and started applying around july 2012. i think my application last august was the one they noticed because that's the application which changed to "under referral" status. then i took and passed the test last september. but unfortunately, no invites for an interview. btw, the "under referral" status for that one post eventually turned to "regret". 

you're with adb na sis diba? how long did your application take?

^sis ville, i took the exam last sept 11 and 19. hinati nila kasi ang exam ko which usually takes half a day lang. anyway, so regret din pala status ng app mo? i see. thanks for the encouraging words! hopefully, soon, ma-invite din ako for interview thanks thanks!

hi, sisses. question lang. saang department napupunta at anong trabaho ng contractors? hindi kasi malinaw sakin maliban sa they work on a per contract basis. tsaka anong benefits/remuneration package? kasi pwede namang pala siyang stepping stone kung sakali para maging regular staff, ano? tia!

sis na-excite ako ng nabasa ko tong thread na to. alam ko maganda sa ADB in terms of benefits pero ang maganda sa mga stories nyo, mukhang maganda rin ang environment. meaning the people. I am an accountancy graduate. 1 year work exp pa lang in an audit firm. will wait and apply here after 2 years. sana marami pang vacant. tska gusto ko rin kasi sa ortigas area lang. ayaw ko na sa Makati kastress ang travel

i took the exam for operations assistant. ok naman siya, parang college entrance test at sobrang iksi lang yung oras. relax and just answer as many as you can. goodluck!

pagdating ba dun sis exam lang talaga? kasi 2-4 pm ako pinapapunta. baka mamaya bigla ako interviewin, kinakabahan pa naman ako.

tapos sis, kung makapasa ka sa exam, yung position na in-applyan mo ba yung ibibigay sayo?

same tayo sis. when i got there, there were also 10 other examinees. exam [textspeak!] [textspeak!], no interview.

the hr staff will give you a briefer on ADB, the exam, and the hiring process. 3 sets ata yung exam. there is 1 set that you'll get your score agad, the rest you have to wait for their email. but the hr will tell you more about it.

i will also be there tomorrow for an interview. kinakabahan na nga ako kaya nagbabackread ako ngayon!:D

i received an email from HR few days ago, regrets e. didn't make it. though, they said they'll keep my file active and refer to interested departments.

does it happen ba that you actually get a 2nd chance on interviews (with another department)?
