wish i found this thread earlier! i just finished the PET. my goodness, sobrang time pressured pala! they said they'll release the results of the paper and pen test in a week. i'm just not confident with mine. though, i passed the computer-based tests - excel, word, typing.

^yeah, i don't think you need to have master's degree to be considered. i applied for a post, i don't have masters degree but i was invited to take the exam. i know it's just the first step but i really hope to get in. fingers crossed!

My former boss worked sa ADB. Ang ganda nga daw ng benefits, as in! Tulo laway nga ako nung kinukwento nya. He accepted the job as Accounts Payable Assistant. Sabi nya "no brainer" daw yung work nya. As in receive, tatak, process, papirma, tapos na! Very routinary daw yung work pero inaaccept nya kasi he's taking law by that time. Hindi daw uso ang OT don, lahat ng tao umuuwi on the dot at pumapasok ahead of time Nakatulong sa kanya kasi light lang yung work load kaya nakapagfocus cya sa pag-aaral nya As i remember he's receiving like 42K net a month tapos after 6 months nagresign na cya and got 80k as backpay. Eto mas bongga, dahil sa time na nandon cya maganda yung growth ng ADB, nung nagdeclare ng dividend kasama pa rin cya sa partihan to think na almost a year na cyang separated sa company, alam ko almost 100k din ang nakuha nya. Nagulat na nga lang cya na may pumasok sa account nya tapos nakita nya may notification from ADB na nasama pa cya sa dividend sharing

Sabi ko nga gusto ko mag-try. Sabi nya pwede naman daw pero mostly daw kasi ng employees sa ADB mga lalaki Hindi daw nya alam pero around 60-70% ng employees sa ADB puro lalaki

Ang na-eenjoy daw nya sa ADB is yung canteen nila. International cuisine daw kasi. You have choices of food from different countries

uhmm, parang mas marami na babae ngayon than guys sa mga expat yes mas marami lalaki pero local staff, outnumbered ang guys ng female staff

nako 3 weeks nalang at out na ako sa company ko ngayon. may opening ba ADB ngayon? 3 years exp pero nasa education ako naka linya. Entrep major from a reputable school

hi ianne16! i received an email 2 days after that i passed the exam. however, the email also said that i just stand by for a call for an interview should the "end user department" be interested with my application. i am assuming they just put in a pool. hahaha. oh well, hopefully they'd call me up within the year. haha!

Hi girls, Any idea on the turnaround time to process outsourced Candidates, like for those under the  IT department? Matagal din kaya processing? parang typical regular adb employees?
