@Joban99, i worked as consultant with ADB for around 5 years where I really was stationed inside ADB. Now we still implement some of their projects but as external consultant.

I still visit ADB from time to time for meetings.

Hello mga sisses 

May chance kaya ako makapasok o mapansin ng HR nila? ang natapos kong degree nung college ay Computer Science, then I used to be a sub-broker sa isang telemarketing firm then currently I'm a Senior account executive for a sales company, been here for 7 years na. I've been working for almost 9 years already. May chances ba ako if ever I apply or may kailangan pa ako gawin, like take units or mag-aral uli (which is mahirap kasi I'm married with kids na)

i've noticed kadalasan yung mga pumasa sa exam got the email notification that they passed a day or two after their exam. anyone here na nakakuha ng notification after 3-5 days?

sorry late reply. LOL natawa ako. bigatin dahil malaki at mataba ako.. naah. once you get in marami din mga negative culture pero overall i enjoyed the experience and i learned a lot kasi you deal with multiple cultures.

environment-wise, the office is really super nice and very convenient. sobra ako tumaba dito noon dahil sa mga coffeeboys as they were called. they come to your workstations to ask if you need coffee tea etc. dati same price lang sa caf and sa coffeeboy so everyone was tamad to get sandwich sa baba. sa late nights pwede ka rin magvendo machine for softdrinks (but I dont see them now lately kapag dumadaan ako).. what was funny was on certain corners meron machines pang measure ng Blood Pressure.. hahahaha.. kaloka..i wonder where these are now..i dont see them na when i visit

 i have so much respect for the admin assistants in ADB. Ibang level ng toughness lalo na ang may tatlo tatlong amo. You have to be really intelligent, organized and quick to be efficient as AA. thankfully hindi ako support staff, consultant ako so ibang level naman ng stress.depende lang din sa mga nakakatrabaho.

sis, di ko na alam kung may ganung rules or what ha kasi alam ko before meron na parang once rejected, pwede ka mag re-apply only after a certain time.

For those interested to work sa ADB, try nyo magregister sa CMS (consulting management system). Minsan dun naghahanap ng consultants.

^sis, may ganung rule? Hindi ko ata nabasa..hehe But, thanks for the heads up. Try ko rin basahin ang rules nila.. Rejected kasi ang nakalagay na feedback/remark dun sa bawat application ko. So ibig sabihin maghihintay pako ulit ng ilang buwan bago makapag-apply. Baka by that time (hopefully) my new work nako ^_^

^ Ang alam ko, hindi pwede mag-apply in the next 12 months pag hindi nakapasa sa exam or unsuccessful sa interviews. Pero kung nilagyan lang ng REGRET yung online application status mo, pwede ka mag apply pa rin.

Thanks for the clarification frozen toes. Alam ko lang kasi may ganoong rules pero i dont know details. I have never tried applying for staff positions. Sa consulting route ako eh. Goodluck sa mga nag aapply.

@frozen toes: ah okay.. thanks for the clarification. Mejo kinabahan ako dahil baka sabihin na lang sa adb, hindi ako marunong magbasa ng rules at apply ako ng apply. hehe So ibig sabihin, pwede pa ulit ako magpasa online
