sorry po medyo off topic: mga sisses, what kind of footwear are you using?  im going to start exercising but more of sa dancing and concrete ang flooring namin so what brand/type of footwear should i invest in?  tia!

Mga sis especially nasa South, if you're more interested with modern hiphop, reggae dancehall you should try allstars danceschool. Same with their main school in GH lang mga teachers/instructors are from Philippine All Stars. sarap mag sayaw sa all star south bago ang studio .. waiting lang ako for the coming workshop.. ^^ sa ngayon meron silang zumba and retro dun..

i love dancing! tho ang tagal ko ng hindi sumasayaw. gusto ko sana mag-enroll sa dance studios kahit zumba lang kaso parang ang lonely kapag mag-isa ka lang. wala kasing may gusto sumama from my friends. they dont like dancing at all. hahahha

I just play Kinect at home. I like dancing pero di ako magaling kasi hehe and classes clash with my work schedule.
