^around P450 ata yung small bottle ng Minoxidil from my derma. Not sure how many mL's though. It's not indicated in the bottle. I believe you can also buy the same from Mercury Drug I used it for 6-8 months and then stopped. Ok naman ang gugo shampoo for me. I also stopped coloring my hair. I always use a wide tooth comb and I avoid combing my hair if it's still wet.

Biotin has helped a little but it could be a combination of factors din. Just keep in mind that it has "no approved therapeutic claims". According to my derma, wala pa scientific study on the effectiveness of this supplement, so you can take any dosage you like. I got the Natrol 10k mcG

bought the Nature's Bounty Extra Strength Hair, Skin & Nails. Hopefully it'll make wonders in my hair and skin.

For diy, planning to use castor oil, vit. e oil+other oils on scalp only. Research din sa ibang scalp massage + diy recipes. Scalp ako magfocus para within 6 months, healthy na sana yung hair na tumubo I'll also add inversion method.

Problema ko ay hindi soft at hindi shiny yung buhok, still on the look for moisturising conditioner. Sablay kasi yung mga commercial hair conditioners (nope yung buhok ko sa high alcohol).

For shampoo, planning to buy Zenutrients Gugo shampoo (Php 250+) kasi maganda at konti lang ang ingredients. Worry lang ako na baka allergic ako. Hmmm, ineexpect ko din na medyo matigas siya sa buhok. I'll give updates, goal ko kasi ay healthy thick silky hair this summer vacation kaya career ako sa pag research hehe.

Has anyone here ever been to the aivee restoration clinic in BGC?  They are opening one in Mega but I'm not sure if its non-invasive or if they will resort to surgical procedures.

ilang taon ko na ba issue ang hairfall at hair thickening.

natry ko na halos lahat ng natural remedy.

pag nag ooil ako during application ng castor with vco or olive oil dami sumasamang strands kahit pa dahan dahan lang pag apply ko.

then nagtry din ako ng zenutrients na shampoo ganun pa rin mas dumami pa nga hairfall ko imbes kumapal buhok ko.

hay! anyone here na may tried and tested derma na makakapag advise about hairfall and hair thickening issues? thank you

Hi everyone, hoping for positive feedback and review sa tested na talaga hair thickening.

My mom tried svenson for more than 6 mos more than 60k ang nagastos naming plus shampoo pa sa svenson. di na kami bumalik kasi wala naman effect.

Me and my mom also tried yung OC88 shampoo and conditioner for more than 8 mos pero wala rin effect.

we are now trying yung ultimate hair grower, naka ilang days palang ako, so far wala pang effect. sabi dun mga ilang mos pa bago Makita result.

hala! haha. pero sis ke hubby naman infairness, nagkakababy hair na sya sa noo so feeling ko naman effective sya. kaya lang nanonotice ko medyo kumakati yung scalp nya. sabi ko baka di sya hiyang dun. sabi nya pag napapawisan lang daw kumakati. papastop ko pag ndi tumigil yung kati sa scalp nya.

Ito rin ang problem ko. Sa kama ko, ang daming hair strands. Ang hirap pa kasi may dandruff na, may hairloss pa. O di ba? Ang ganda ng combination. More than a week na ako nagtetake ng Calcium at B-Complex ko kaso mababa pala yung content ng Biotin doon pero mataas yung Pantothenic Acid. I'm thinking na subukan yung Biotin shampoo or supplement. Magkano kaya sa Healthy Options yung Biotin shampoo at supplement nila?

Ako I use olive oil to massage sa scalp. Yun kasi nakikita ko sa google. Parang wala pa ako nakikitang improvement..
