Here's a combination of products that worked to not just thicken but also regrow my hair:

1. Natural Strengthening Shampoo by Human Heart Nature
2. Ultimate Hair Grower (yes this totally works and not some snake oil product)
3. Women's multivitamins with 18 mg iron and less than 10,000 iu of vitamin A

I'm also taking IVI collagen drink, which seems to accelerate hair growth.

^sis pag sobrang intake din kasi ng vitamin A nagko-contribute din sya sa hair loss. RDA is 2,310 iu for women over 19 years old (not pregnant or lactating), tolerable upper limit na yung 10,000 iu. pag may vitamin A deficiency naman nagko-cause din sya ng hair loss. kaya dapat tama lang.

.sis ako dito kumapal hair ko. Numipis kasi dahil sa kakaparebond at kakakulay. Tinry ko yung moringa shampoo nga, malunggay. Kahit araw araw gamitin okay lang. Natural kasi. Kumapal yung hair ko, malambot, ng bilis humaba at nagka volume pa. eto na lage gamit ko.

Hi peeps! Effective ba talaga ang Malunggay? Any before and after pics or stories?
Kumapal ba or nagkaron ng bagong hair strands?

I've tried Novuhair, di effective sa akin kasi nagkaka-dandruff ako.

Now, nagpa-derma ako pero hindi ko alam if kaya kong i-maintain kasi medyo pricey sya. Although nagstop ang falling hair. Pero parang hindi ko mapansin if may mga bagong hair strands.  I cut my hair short as she recommended it para daw hindi mag-agawang ng nutrients ang hair while treating it. Been using her prescribed meds for 2 months now. She prescribed 2 meds. 1 for hormone boost, the other is sleeping pills para daw direcho ang aking tulog.  That helps hair loss. While shampoo, toner and SESA Oil works outside, meaning sya ang naghohold ng hair and nagpaparami. I also learned that results will be seen after 6months pa. Medyo dun ako worried since my wedding will be in December. I hope things will work out fine.
