sis, kumapal ba yung hair ng tita mo? kasi need ko yung hair sa tuktok ko yung kumapal eh.. i'm using mane n tail right now, kumapal nga yung hair ko and malambot din naman. pero hindi naman dun sa part na kailangan ko.

yes sis, hindi na manipis anit niya, dati kasi tanaw na tanaw scalp niya eh. pero I think thats after more than 6 months of using it.

Ako manipis din ang hair ko, pero I tried yung Nature's Garden shampoo with aloe vera. Yun ang nakapagpakapal ng buhok ko. Even my hairstylist napansin na malaki na ang kinapal ng buhok ko unlike before na kita na talaga yung scalp ko. Before available sya sa watsons pero ngayon sa mga stalls na lang sa starmall. 89 pesos for 2 bottles (pag member ka) pero around 100 kung hindi ka naman member.

sis, what does the stall look like? madali lang ba siyang makita?  where is it located near?  thanks!

@ domestic diva , sis madali mo lang mahanap yang Natures Garden shampoo nasa Healthy Option yan sya available pero sa akin hindi naging effective kasi nagka dandruff ako lalo, baka hiyangan lang siguro..


Ask ko lang kung sino naka try ng blue miracle dito? Puede din kasing gamiting shampoo para sa dandruff, falling hair, gray hair at baldness.. Effective kaya to?

i heard that applying emu oil on scalp helps din daw.  haven't tried it yet though.  my hair became manipis (kita ang scalp) on my 3rd month postpartum.  first time nangyari sa akin ito after 3 babies.. i hope it starts growing soon!  right now, am using pantene hair fall shampoo and conditioner.

@domestic diva, your welcome sis ive also tried emu oil din sis pero di ko lang like kasi nagiging oily scalp ko..

@snowyice, sinabi lang sa akin ng sister ko na puede din daw gamiting shampo ang b.m. pero di nya na try kasi makapal naman hair nya..i dont know kung effective ba yon kasi dami na akong tina try para lang mag stop ang falling hair ko pero wala pa rin akong makitang nahiyang sa akin til now

I'm currently using Avalon Biotin..pricey siya 348 each sa healthy options. I say Nature's Gate na Biotin 195 lang ata...I bought one will give it a try...napansin ko mas konti ang hairfall kapag hindi ako nagshashampoo, I'm also taking Biotin capsules 5000mcg from healthy option din....sobrang desperate na me sa buhok ko.

sis magkakadandruff ka kapag hindi ka nagshampoo...but try mo every other day it wont hurt...lol
ako kasi dahil sa thyroid problem.
ang laki na ng gastos ko sa hair...grabe!  have you tried biohair? 10% minoxidil ok daw yun...balak ko bilhin yun siguro next month.

mas lalong dadami ang dandruff ko pag hindi nakapag shampoo ng isang araw lang tapos nag ooily din hair ko.. kaya everyday talaga ako nag shashampo..i have PCOS kasi tapos bago lang ako gumaling sa hyperthyroid ko..

we are the same bt mine is subclinical hypothyroid.... for me shampoo nalng at mawawala din dandruff...i need to choose between my hair and scalp at this time...you can have hair transplant but that would cost you 100-200k

its too expensive para magpa hair transplant, hanap na lang ng ibang way para mag lesser ang hair fall..kelan kaya yon?

you can try may pa consult sa belo medical i used to work there we have stem cell treatment for the scalp within 1 month may hairs na agad mag grow. pwede naman pa consult muna then ask for range of price di naman agad magagawa yun mag set pa nang appointment if you agree on the price na.

tnx for suggesting sis. problem ko rin yun sa tita mo, college pa lang i have thin hair na kita pa scalp, due to genes & stress.... kaya lang 6months pa makikita....

hehe go!actually mura lang naman mag pa consult sa belo and they can adjust pa sometimes sa budget mo. pero they won't pilit na gawin mo yung procedure if kaya nang budget then make an appointment kaylan gagawin bihira yung same day kase na ginagawa agad, if wala pa budget ipon muna pwede naman yun then balik nalang.

my derma prescribed me biotin. yeah, i think that's what it's called. never got around to buying it though 'cause it's the least of my priorities right now.
