^^ probably june-ish medyo busy sa work eh hehe... :)

There's this Olay body wash with microbeads super similar to the body polishing chuva of clarisonic... I use that + the normal brush head for body exfoliation  when i'm taking my Mia on a trip  ;)

To confirm, I asked my derm if I can use clarisonic daily, with all the treatments I've been using, parang sobrang exfoliation na yung skin ko. He said I should just use it once a week since I have oily skin and daily physical exfoliation can stimulate my oil glands to produce more oil and enlarge my pores. I will miss using my clarisonic daily pero parang totoo kasi while my skin feels cleaner, it my pores look stretched out. I'll skip using clari for a few weeks since I also just had a peel and see if there's any difference.

so pwede to use the MIA sa body? i thought yung PLUS lang pwede sa body..

so kahit gamitin mo si mia sa face and body, evry 4months pa din ang palit ng brushes? or dapat every 2months na?

^ i would recommend getting a different brush for your body if you use the Mia for that purpose. Kasi you don't want the dead skin from your body getting to your face.

if using a Mia for the body the Normal or Deep pore cleansing brush head would be optimal. The sensitive and delicate is far to soft to exfoliate the body (unless if you have eczema).

I still prefer using the Body brush & Pulse mode of the Plus for my body. Pero when traveling I take the Mia, a Sensitive brush for my face, tapos a Normal brush for my body. :)

^ exfoliates the skin. Sloughs off the dead skin cells. Or at least it helps to.

I'm someone who epilates, it provides me a cleaner finish and prevents ingrowns

My sister fake tans it gives her a more uniform finish less blotchyness.

The normal brush isn't as effective as the body brush but it does the trick on quick weekends or vacations when I don't want to lug around a Plus with me ;) pero syempre on special occasion/s out, i take the plus with me. Haha

Can you compare, Normal brush head Mia. Plus Body Brush. Manual body exfoliating using Salt Scrub (ex. Abonne Salt Scrub + Johnsons Milkbath) is there such a difference sa body?
TIA

i bought the mia because of this thread. nung first week i used it everyday. nairritate yung skin ko. dahil din siguro sa tret. pero i like the smooth/clean feel pagkagamit.

bottomline worth it yung Mia.

update:

i love my clarisonic plus, i used to avoid malls , i mean yung makikita ko mabuti yung faceko haha super congested kasi ako , then , after a week ! wahhh wala na yung rough skin ko , although clarisonic will not remove old scars, it will help yor skin to absorb all those serums, moisturiser , and whitening creams.. in short .. worth it. !! i even switched to cetaphil, much cheaper :)
