Change of Civil Status

ang haba pala ng process pag change ng status. just got married last December and starting to research on how to go about the change of status. binabasa ko pa lang nahihirapan na ako

^sa akin sis 1month lang nadeliver na sa bahay yung umid id ko..pero yung sa friend ko ngapply daw siya october  last year ,till now wala pa rin daw😐

Question.. yung certified true copy ng marriage cert, is this the one from the city hall? Kasi the only copy we have now is the one from the church. Got married last Nov 29 and magpapa change na sana ko ng ID sa work and PRC as well. Kaso im not sure if the copy from the church would suffice. Sa PRC website nakalagay pa NSO copy dapat.

Ang hirap magstart haha sobrang dami kelangan palitan. nakakatamad. Haha

^can i use the ctc para sa umid application ko? I'm giving birth on June kasi kaya di ko pwedeng antayin ang NSO, november lang kami kinasal eh. Baka mamaya kabuwanan ko na wala pa yung nso copy. Haha.

^3 months lang may NSO copy na ko. Try mo on Feb baka meron ka na non. Hmm sa UMID di ko sure nung nag apply kasi ako 2 ID na may new surname napakita ko. nag chance of status na kasi ako non sa SSS

Does anyone know how to check if available na marriage certificate sa NSO?

^naku sis ang ginawa ko sakin nag wait ako ng 3 months talaga yun mga kasabay ko na feb kinasal nagsabi sakin na meron na sa kanila kaya go na din ako

Sis shygirlme, ang hirap ano? Kasi yung friend ko naman nag trial and error sila. Nagrerequest sila ng marriage cert online just to check, tapos kapag wala pa, walang refund nung binayad mo.

^yes sis ganyan din sa friend ko sayang bayad pero after a week nagtry uli sya ok na. para sure pag 4th month after ng wedding mo mag apply ka na.

This is what I'm trying to fix at the moment. After our civil marriage in June 2012, i did not change my status right away because all the documents I used that time to go abroad, puro maiden name ko pa. Since I don't want to get things complicated dahil nga paalis ako sa pinagpaliban ko muna.
I migrated in Jan. 2013, hubby followed 10 months after, then our son the following year. Here kase, it doesn't matter naman which name you use. I always put married sa forms that i fill out but kept using my maiden name since my passport says the same. We had our church wedding in June 2015, and til now di ko pa nacchange. Hubby was asking na rin when i will change it. I decided na lang na when we apply for our citizenship in Jan. 2017, dun kona rin palitan. It doesn't work that way pala.
We purchased a block of land last year so I decided to finally use my married name, {sa receipts, contract} even if I don't have the proper identification. But to get things started as early as now before our land gets titled in May, I went to the licensing authority to have my drivers licence changed, pero they wouldn't accept our philippine marriage cert. My passport needs to be renamed muna then they'll accept it. Now I need to book my plane ticket pa to go to the philippine consulate in sydney, need to file a leave at work, travel on my own, and I'm 16 weeks pregnant at the moment. At ang processing ng passport, 8-10 weeks. gosh, define stress.

^sana yung sayo meron na sis. since sept.pa wedding mo.

^plan ko sana early next year.sayang kasi yung dependent ko sa health card. 1 immediate family member lang, si mama kasi yun. if magchange status na ko, magiging si hubby na e meron din naman syang health card sa company nila. so sayang din talaga.

This is my question too.. i want to retain my mom as my dependent (she needs it more) than my husband. My husband has his own health card rin kasi. So it means i wont change my health card and other govt docs to my married name?

^depende sa company sis ako kasi kinulit nung HR namin since alam nya kinasal ako. pinilit ako mag change of status agad because of health card.
