Tama mga sis ang hassle magchange ng status... hehe.. 2 week ago lang ako nagupdate sa lahat, got married last june 2013.. If your employed, the one assigned at the hr will provide you all the forms.. Like sss, pagibig, philhealth, bir lahat yun sa kanila manggagaling..  Magprovide ka lang ng sangkatutak na photocopy of your marriage certificate then fill out all the forms.. Then yung id ko 1 week lang ang processing kaya i got one nah... Last week naman i had to renew my passport since paexpire na next yr yung passport ko on feb, eh my flight kami ni hubby on dec. so yung married name na gagamitin ko again original marriage certificate ang kukunin nila from nso.. Yesterday naman nagrenew na din ako sa prc license ko.. Photocopy yung kinuha sakin na marriage contract pero sa friend ko original yung kinuha eh.. Matagal lang ang processing nila kc after 3 mos pa makukuha kaya ayon.. for my credit cards i need to fax my marriage contracts pa pala.. Kalurki..

hassle talaga need pa hintayin lumabas sa NSO yung copy wala pa ako nagagawa kahit isa.pero dapat kong unahin yung insurance ko (ofw) hindi kasi ako entitled sa free panganganak kasi single pa status ko dito.
anyways,sissies kasi kakarenew ko lang ng passport ko last year (May this year lang kami kinasal) ano ba pwede ko gawin para mapalitan ng surname ni hubby? apply ulit? tia!

Have some questions lang po.

I got married last year pero next month ko pa makukuha un NSO copy ng marriage cert ko. Unemployed ako for 2 yrs na and last july 2013 lang ako ngpakasal pero gusto ko lang sana iupdate yung civil status ko sa BIR, PHILHEALTH, SSS and PAG-IBIG para magkaron ako ng updated ID's with my married name on it. Ok lang kaya na i-update yun kahit hindi na ako active member/payer sa mga gov't agencies na yun especially sa SSS, kc my plan c hubby na hulugan na sss ko ngaung taon? Tapos yung mga nacontribute ko dati, void na ba un, sayang din kasi tagal ko din naghulog. If ever, mag voluntary member ba o self employed? thanks in advance mga sissies!

Hindi ko marecall sis, but ang pagkakatanda ko sa form yata sa NBI, may portion doon for maiden name, so automatic siguro matrace ka nila agad. Then prepare na lang ng marriage certificate. Sa barangay clearance naman, tingin ko hindi strict para ka lang mag apply ng bago kasi I don't think may database sila.

na-stress ako naalala ko na naman na wala pa kong naayos. got married june 2013 and philhealth ko pa lang naayos ko. office pa nag-asikaso. haayy.. ayoko kasi pumila sa NSO time consuming, mahal yung delivery nila. Sabi dun sa travel agency na kinukuhanan ko (BTW, tubo lang nila is like 80-120 pesos per doc sa pag-aasikaso, makukuha na in 3days) after 8 months pa daw makukuha yung NSO authenticated MC. kukuha na ko next week, available na kaya yun? di ko maayos mga bank account ko kasi authenticated kailangan nila as well as other government stuff.

Hi I need help with documenting changing of my status. Husband is a foreigner and I need a new passport. Got married last May 25, 2014 and luckily I just got my Marriage Cert from NSO last Fri. Question:
1. If I go to CFO is it possible to bring IDs that states my Maiden name and not my Husbands last name since I'm having a hard time getting IDs that will be released in like a a day or week.
2. To renew my passport do I need IDs that states my new last name or my maiden name parin?

hi mga sis ask ko lang if magpapagawa ng sss id under married name can i go to any sss branch or sa main branch sa qc?photocopy lang ba ng marriage cert ang kelangan, gaano katagal mo makukuha yun id and may processing fee ba?tia

Hi Sis...you can go sa nearest SSS branch..bring valid ID plus original and photocopy ng marriage contract...ngayon daw mejo madali na lang nakukuha, 2 months mga ganun, nung sa akin kasi sobrang tagal dahil nag uupgrade yata ng system or may backlog sila dahil nagpalit na into UMID...may bayad na yung akin na 300 pesos kasi previously may ID na ako..di lang magbabayad kung 1st time mo talaga yung ID..hope this helps sis

May problem ba if matagal ng married pero hindi pa nagpalit ng status? I haven't changed mine. I got married last Nov 2013 pero until now single pa rin all documents and identifications ko.

Got married last year at wala pa din yung MC namin. Hay. Gusto ko na magchange status sa passport, license, etc. Tnry ko kasi kumuha sa SM Business Center, 6 months pa daw bago sila makakuha ng MC. My gosh ang tagaaaal Okay sana magayos ngayon habang may priority lane for preggos hmp

^Sis try mo tawagan yung hotline sa e-census or NSO hotline. Parang 3 months after nung kasal namin pwede mo na mukuha and deliver nalang sayo. If need mo talaga for requirements pwede yung certified original copy from local municipality.

Saan pwede yung CTC? Nagbackread kasi ako, MC daw sa DFA & LTO

Hi sis annamarie! Invalid ba pag negative cert? Pa nagapply ng passport renewal di tatanggapin?

^hi sis! Kaya ata negative cert pinadala sakin kasi ang aga ko nagapply ng MC. Wala pa daw records. Hehe

Mmm may nabasa ako sa DFA mega, nakalusot ata isang sis na CTC lang. Pero sa DFA Aseana, dapat MC. Ayoko magpagod kaya wait ko na lang talaga yung sa e-census. Hirap kumilos ng wala pa NSO MC!! Haha

I changed agad kasi sabi ng HR, babayaran ang HMO kung hindi papalitan. Parent kasi nakalagay pag single tapos spouse pag married. Pricey pa naman ng sa parents kasi older sila.

We're married na for 2 yrs and 8 months under a civil union.. and I never used my hubby's last name except for facebook. Hehe.. hassle kasi ang daming documents na papalitan. We agreed na pag we changed our citizenship na dun na lang din ako mag change ng last name.

Thank God! Kahit pano may nagawa akong mga chage status.
I got married last year. Inayos ko agad ss and philhealth since I got pregnant na rin.
Fortunately, yung driver's license ko paexpire na din kaya I got the chance to change name and status and renew at the same time. Buti wala na yung shortage sa license card.
Passport, BIR nalang yung kulang ko pati pala voters id. tee hee!.
Sa passport kasi buwelo muna kami kasi mahal. Isasabay na rin kasi si baby pagkuha sa passport. Tapos dalawa kami pa kami ni hubby maguupdate.
