^ Monthly amortization is the amount that is to be deducted from your salary until your loan is fully paid.

You may also opt to pay the loan in advance, para mas maliit lang ang interest na babayaran mo and you're debt free na agad. Pero di ko lang alam kung ano ang procedure nyo dyan sa office/HR/accountant - it's best to talk to them about such arrangement para iba na siguro ang magiging monthly amortization mo.

How long before mag-expire yung cheque from SSS? For example, I already received the cheque for my maternity pero I don't want to encash it yet?

Kasi yung check na nakuha ko few weeks back, 3 months lang good ang check at pag hindi na-encash i-ka-cancel nila ang loan. Not sure kung pareho rin ang expiry sa maternity.

You can ask someone (a very trusted friend or relative) to deposit your check into your bank account, kung hindi mo mapaencash. Papasok ang funds in about 2 or 3 working days.

^ang hassle kasi pag nagexpire na diba? di ko alam pano na magiging process nila nun. although di ko pa nakukuha yung cheque. I'm just wondering kasi gusto ko na ayusin yung maternity ko para kapag employed na ko ulit di ko na poproblemahin yun. baka wala na ko time or whatever. pero ayoko pa din sana ipaencash pag nakuha ko na para di ko pa magastos. ang gulo ko lang.

^ check kasi sis eh. All checks expire as a rule as far as I know. Pero maiksi ang 3 months expiry imposed by SSS, but I think it's for our own good na rin, kasi baka mamaya may mga fraudsters na makauna pang mag-encash ng check ko (another good reason why you have to encash that check right away).

I have a checking account with BPI, expires 6 months after ng date indicated sa check whether one likes it or not.

Kung ang gusto mo lang mangyari is, ayaw mo lang magalaw ang money sa check, then just put that amount in a time deposit account with the bank, or even in UITF (please look it up na lang), or even in a plain passbook savings account - those prevent you from getting immediate access to funds.

If you're employed, pwede bang personal ka magapply ng loan or thru HR lang pwede?

Sa nagwowork sa Eastwest Bank, have you tried applying for a loan online?

^Pwede ka personal mag-apply ng loan pero what I did was pinadaan ko na sa HR namin dati. Mabilis lang naman sila magprocess. Saved me the hassle.

tagal magreflect ng contributions online. i paid through BPI. May 29 ako nag-pay hanggang ngayon di pa reflected sa account ko. at napakahirap maka-contact sa sss ah.

^ yes matagal sa BPI sis.

It will take around 3 months - typically. I presume BPI didn't tell you that.

But that payment will reflect in your SSS online account, eventually.

Sa ucpb rin ang tagal ma-post. Sa BayadCenter sa Western Union. 2-3 days lang posted na ang payment.

^sa bayad center din ako naghulong ng contribution pagkauwi ko sa house reflected na agad online yung binayad ko

nakapagfile na ko ng MAT2 kanina. Real time ba mapopost yun online? Kasi I checked ngayon walang notification na nagfile na ko ng MAT2. Ang andun lang is yung MAT1 na accepted.

If you are regularly paying contributions naman - as in almost all months may posted contributions, then you won't be stopped from getting their benefits dahil may na-delay na contributions.

I was able to get a salary loan from SSS kahit delayed sa bank ang contributions.

Bayad center is good as it is convenient, pero yun nga lang it is not for me kasi I pay in check - salary loan + contribution ang binabayaran ko so I worry about carrying actual cash kasi malaki ang amount. Tapos sa salary loan nila kailangan ko pa ring pumunta sa SSS to hand over a copy of the payment form for that loan if in case I didn't pay their office. Might as well go to the SSS office na lang mismo. 

Kung may patlang sa contributions which you know will affect you in applying for loans or benefit, then bayad centers or paying in the SSS office is the best way to go para posted agad ang contributions, but otherwise, you may still consider paying through banks for added convenience na rin.

my new system na ang sss... have you try na ba mga sis? thru online pwede kanang mag online loan... then pagka fill up mo at submit lalabas narin yung check amount at check number mo ka agad then need nalang ng employer icertify yung laon mo thru online din kaya dapat yung employer naka online register din... after  1 week and 2 days lang nasa office na yung checks ... hayssss sa wakas nagkaroon ng magandang systema =)

Pahelp naman po. I tried applying Salary loan online, walang lumalabas if one month or 2 months option. Ang nakikita ko lang everytime I click the Salary Loan option is the following:

Yep wala talaga. Yan din ang lumalabas sa akin. Pipili ka lang doon sa amount of loan.

Qualified ka lang sa 2 month salary credits kung naka-72 posted monthly contributions ka na. If not, up to one month salary credit lang ang makikita mo.

from the time ma apply sa online how long ang process ng cheke na makadating sa post office?

Mga Sis, nag apply po ako salary loan last June 11 2013 pa,2 weeks ko na po siyang inaantay, since agency ako through email lang ako nakipag communicate if may dumating na bang cheke sa kanila,as of now wala pa nga daw,nag try ako mag email kaso automated reply lang ang nakuha ko(mukhang naka leave yung nagbabantay ng email nila). Paano ba malalaman sa website kung na process na yung check ko or kung na release na? Thank you >_<

In my case when I applied for SSS salary loan, I didn't wait for the post man to delivery my check to our office. I went to the post office 10days after I lodged my application and viola!got my check .. Correct me if I'm wrong, according to a friend who used to be working with SSS, all checks will be generated originally from SSS Diliman and will be sent to employers thru snail mail. So basically, the span of period checks get delivered really depends on how fast the mail carriers in the area does their jobs.  This has been consistent with my 3 deliveries and 2 consecutive salary loans. All my checks were picked up directly from the post office
