hi sis. I'm just confuse, I just got married recently and then my parents turned senior citizen, I will file for a change status, pwede ko pa bang gawin dependents and parents ko kahit na married na ako?

Based on what is indicated on the website, parang di ata pwedeng gawing dependents ang parents mo because you are married. Ang pwede lang dependents ay yung asawa at mga anak mo.

If you have a single brother or sister who are qualified sa SSS, sa accounts na lang nila gawing dependent yung mga parents mo.

Who are considered the legal dependents of a member?

The legal beneficiaries of a member are the legally married dependent spouse until he or she remarries, the dependent legitimated or legally adopted and illegitimate children, who shall be the primary beneficiaries.

If single, the benefits will go to the dependent parents who are considered the secondary beneficiaries.

In the absence of both primary and secondary beneficiaries, any other person designated by the member as the secondary beneficiary.

Hi sisses,

Question lang regarding SSS loan. Bago lang kasi ako dito sa company which is 3months pa lang, yet I already have 40 posted contributions on my SSS account. Now, i'm planning to file a SSS loan. Ang problema, di pa nag - appear si new employer ko sa online account ko then when I check my loan eligibility, may possibility na ma-reject because hindi daw ako certified employee nung new employer ko. Ang nakalgay pa rin kasi sisses dun sa SSS online account is my previous employer. Looks like hindi pa naencode si new employer. Have anyone had the same situation? Ano ginawa niyo?

^ Sis malamang di pa na posted yong contributions mo since sabi mo nga 3 months ka pa lang. Minsan kasi quarterly sila nag submit ng Contributions Collection List R-3 if I'm not mistaken, saka may form din atang sina submit for newly hired employees. You have at least 6 mos contribution for the last 12 months to qualify din. Inquire mo na lang sa HR nyo or don sa nag handle ng payroll.

^ Hi sis, I found na thru bank pala nagbabayad ng contributions si new employer and sabi ni hubby pag ganon daw mas matagal talaga ang pag posted sa website ng SSS. Anyway, binigyan ako ng new employer ng certification na nakaindicate iyong contributions ko from dec2012-feb2013. I hope possible na makapagloan na ko using this certification that was given to me. Anyway, bale oct-nov 2012 wala akong hulog sis, the rest meron naman.

^ oo nga sis matagal talaga posting pag sa bank talaga. More than 6 mos naman pala contribution mo pwede naman yan, make sure na naka attach yong certificate mo with details ng payment contribution mo gaya ng SBR no. Good luck sis

^ Yes sis, nakaindicate naman dun sa certification iyong date covered, SBR #, tsaka date when they send the payment. Thanks sis for the response ah! Ay isa pang question, kahit saang branch naman pwede mag-file ng loan di ba? ang layo kasi ng FTI branch (where my new employer send their contributions) kung dun pa ako pupunta

yes sis ang alam ko any branch pwede naka centralized naman sila eh. Saka ang alam ko lahat naman ng loan.. ang processing sa main office nila.

^ ah talaga! Salamat sis sa response. inconvenient naman sakin pumunta pa sa malalayong branch kasi preggy ako. Wala kasing staff na nag-aayos ng mga ganito dito sa office eh, so I need to file it on my own.

kapag ba mag voluntary contribution may mag fill up pa ba ng ibang form? ano ba mga requirements kelangan for voluntary contribution? unemployed po kasi ako pero i had my SSS na

ang labo ng sss. nag-loan kami ng friends ko a year ago. after 3 months, nagresign ako sa company. before i left the company, they paid my loan in full. so dapat cleared na ako. when i checked my loan status online just last month, me nakalagay na delinquent payer daw ako kasi April pa daw last year yung last payment ko. The rest hindi ko pa nababayaran.

what do they mean self employed. so hindi kasama sa coverage nila ang walang work,negosyo at kung wala pa asawa tapos walang trabaho? tama ba?

baka di pa nagrereflect or hindi pa niremit ng employer mo? tingin ko sa company ang problem, di nila nairemit. check with them.

self-employed ay yung tulad ng mga doctors at lawyers na nasa private practice. Or in my case freelancers na tulad ko na project based. sa self-employed, hindi swelduhan nakukuha ang income - it's from the number of clients na makukuha ng doctors and lawyers, or kung ilang projects ang nai-trabaho ng freelancer. so no work talaga, no pay.

those na gustong magmember sa SSS na walang work o negosyo, should apply or change their status as voluntary sa SSS office mismo.

Update lang on my side sisses, Ayun rejected iyong loan application ko though i bring certification from my employer that they already paid my contribution from dec 2012-feb2013. Dapat daw magreflect muna si new employer, then I should tell my new employer that they should submit RIA form and contribution list.

Yes sis may sinasubmit na form sa SSS for newly hired employee. Verify mo sa employer mo kung na-submit na nila...if submitted already you can re-apply naman for your loan siguro hingi ka lang ng copy ng R1a and collection list attached mo sa application form. Monitor mo na din online kung updated na records mo sa SSS like yong sa new employer mo.

Update lang ulit from my side, Our HR submitted the necessary documents para mag-appear na sila on my online account as my employer. Then sinabay na rin ni HR ang pagsubmit ng loan application ko. As I checked on my loan status on my online account, first status was "encoded for validation" then today as I check it again "Check generated" na mga sisses! So happy. Okay na siya My concern lang is how long am I going to wait for the check? Then mostly, saan ba siya pinapadala? House or sa office?

^ sis ang alam ko sa loan application may tanong don kung saan mo gusto ipadala ang check mo..office or home address. Minsan naman pick up mo mismo sa office nila kapag di kanila na locate.

^Ahh ganun ba sis. Sana sa office  na lang siya since si hr naman namin nag-process  noon.

my new system na ang sss... have you try na ba mga sis? thru online pwede kanang mag online loan... then pagka fill up mo at submit lalabas narin yung check amount at check number mo ka agad then need nalang ng employer icertify yung laon mo thru online din kaya dapat yung employer naka online register din... after  1 week and 2 days lang nasa office na yung checks ... hayssss sa wakas nagkaroon ng magandang systema =)
