share ko lang mga sis i applied sss salary loan thru online last feb 7 then same date na certified ng employer ko online then approved sya ng feb 8 and na generate na ang check and ngayon feb 10 nakuha ko na check. grabe ang bilis.

basta nagregister lang ako online sa sss then log in then meron sa menu doon na makikita kung magkano approved amount for salary loan and monthly deduction, submit and viola may check na ako.

Tama yung computation. Payment ng salary loan ng SSS is divided into 24 months or 2 years.

Yung Php 8,000 - Php 7,120 = Php 880 = 10% nominal interest na P800 + 1% service fee na P80.


Since 10% ang nominal interest per annum:

Php 4,000 x 10% = P 400 (interest on the 2nd year only, nabawasan na kasi ang interest noong first year pa lang which was worth P800 na binawas agad sa loan proceeds)

(Php 8,000 + P400) / 24 months = Php 8,800 / 24 = Php 350 ang monthly amortization

mga sis, i recently logged in my sss account and found out na July 2011 wala ako premium, August and September with premium.. and since October 2011 wala ako premium up to now... I am currently employed mag 2 years na... so i expect na nahuhulugan nila ang premium ko... I'm thinking baka hindi lang updated ang SSS website... kaso bakit yung month of July ko nag jump yung contribution ko huhuhu...

^ Either the SSS or your employer is at fault.

Nasa saiyo pa ang payslips ng months na missing ang SSS? Has SSS been deducted? Ask you employer if the SSS contributions of the missing months had already been submitted sa SSS.

Yung Oct 2011 to Dec 2011, pwedeng na-forward na ng employer mo ang payment sa SSS pero hindi pa pinopost ng SSS. SSS is known not to post contributions and loan right away - takes them several weeks to do so. Per quarter din ata ang processing nila.

But still, be sure to follow up with SSS if your employer is not at fault, especially that July 2011 one which is long overdue already.

^^tama sis check with your employer, kasi sister ko na nag wowork sa BPO yung SSS online nya hindi updated, pero when she checked with sss nung sumama sya sa akin updated naman daw ang contributions.

yung sa akin naman confirmed na sa ibang SSS id number nila nasumbit yung contributions ko hays.. hindi tuloy ako makapag renew ng two months loan ko dahil hindi umabot sa bracket.. usually mga sis gaano katagal kapag nagpaayos regarding contributions?

mga ilang months dapat ang contribution para maka-avail ng salary loan? TIA

-For one-month loan, the member-borrower must have 36 posted monthly contributions prior to the month of  filing of application.
-For a two-month loan, the member-borrower must have 72 posted monthly contributions.

Is it true na you can immediately get na your sss id? Kasi my friend applied for an id, they took her picture then she got her new yellow green sss id na at the end of the day! Parang drivers license lang na makukuha mo na diretso! Who has tried the new system?

^nope but that's my branch too kasi malapit lang sa amin. That's good news for me kasi i need an sss id too. I will try soonest. Will keep you posted

I applied for my SSS number and made my first contribution last month. Tapos ngayon ko lang na-realize na based on my SSS number dapat pala nung 15 ako nagbayad ng contribution for this month. Ano po ang mangyayari if I missed the deadline? First time kasi, mga sis.
