YES!!! It looks easy pero damn sobrang nakakahingal. Here's my routine:

1 minute jump rope (run in place)
30 seconds break
1 minute jump rope (jump)
30 seconds break
1 minute jump rope (high knees)
30 seconds break
1 minute jump rope (criss cross)
30 seconds break
1 minute jump rope (single hop)

I do this twice so over 10 minutes sya.

Try different jump rope variations para di boring. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZX-NdILjBWY

What it does is burn more fat kasi HIIT tapos it also helps tone the body.

I'm seeing improvement in my husband. Portion control (less eating), healthy eating (black/brown/red/violet rice, vegetables, fruits, some fish), and regular exercise (minimum 1 hour every other day).

Kakastart ko lang sa exercise so hopefully I'll get the same results ::)

this is my problem also.
I do cardio exercise with an eliptical pag sa bahay lang min 30 mins plus since maganda na panahon I also walk/jog/bike or 30min-1hr at least 3-4 times a week. I also try to limit my rice intake.

when I was working in retail na lagi nakatayo, always moving, ang luwag ng pants ko. Napansin ko of late, when i started to work sa office na naka upo lang that was when i gained the weight around my waist, lahat ng denim ko hindi ko na maisara.

I use waist trimmer while doing my workouts sa  gym, weight lifting and ab workouts lang ako. [textspeak!] effect kasi niya sa tummy ko mas nagsweat siya as in sobra at the same time merong compression. I lost 3 inches in a week :)

GM Diet is a good start. :)

Sure, doing exercises (i.e., crunches, kettle bells, etc) can really tone and and help trim down your tummy. But alongside these is proper diet. This doesn't mean lessening your food intake. You have to cut down on sweets, junk and fatty foods - because these are all culprits in developing belly fat. Eat the right amount of protein, carbs and fruits and veggies.

Abs are made in the kitchen :) it's really 30% gym and 70% diet eh.

I whittled my tummy by doing a LOT of cardio and resistance training. I didn't do much situps/crunch/etc because the cardio I'm doing, already needs a lot of core strength (burpees, walk down plank, jack knife). I do Fitness Blender's FB30 workout program

Pag-uwi, kain then tulog na. Pero I am planning to go back in exercising. Before effective sakin:

jog/run in place (2mins)
rest 30sec
squats (2mins)
rest 30secs
plank (2mins)
rest 30secs
jog/run in place (2mins)

I do two reps lang. Starter yun ha. Syempre gradually, I-increase mo rin yun reps and intensity. Hirap lang talaga mag-diet!  :P

Regular exercise and proper diet ang katapat niyan. The most effective routine for me is 15 to 30 mins of walk-jog-walk, one hour of Zumba, and 45 minutes of yoga. Sometimes, I would do Pilates with weights. Dumbbell exercises are good because muscles help burn fat. You won't bulk up, you'll just develop some strong muscles and become stronger. Try the P90X workout program, too. Very effective especially if you're diligent.

Proper diet means eating everything in moderation. And prioritizing the right kind of food. Yes, less rice intake will help a lot. But, don't starve yourself naman! And remember to always have at least one cheat day, para di ka mapilitang mandaya.☺

1cup rice for breakfast. No sodas, no creamer and less sugar for coffee, no chocolates, no bread, no alcohol.  Haha! Kastress diba. So nagpapabusog ako sa fresh veggies with fruits + Syempre proteins. Super effective siya nagless weight ako 2kg in a month pero syempre pumayat din ako, from 54-52kg. Medyo dinagdagan ko na pagkain ko kasi nagliless pa weight ko, baka masobrahan diet. Ngayon bumaba nanaman 51.50kg nalang ako...
