Sis sorry OT. Hope you can answer since malapit lang kayo sa Marcos Hi-Way. May tinatayo kasi na condo ang DMCI sa may bandang Marcos Hi-Way, pero Amang Rodriguez yung address, malapit sa MRT. Ask ko lang if saan yung pinakamalapit na sakayan dun going to Makati? Balak kasi namin bumili ng unit doon, kaso lang I don't know kung mahirap magcommute. TIA

To answer your question, may shuttle service papuntang Ortigas and Makati pag morning sa Masinag. Yun nga lang magji-jeep ka pa papunta don, mga 5 minutes lang naman yon. Otherwise, hiwa-hiwalay na sakay papuntang Rosario then FX papuntang Ayala.

girls, how's it living in antipolo? planning to buy a property there instead of here in manila because im worried when i have kids theyll breathe pollution everyday. antipolo seems to be the most practical location. please please make kwento! and if you know subdivisions na ok tirhan (hindi binabaha, maganda ang location, developer), please let me know too.

Were also planning to buy a property in brgy san roque antipolo beside sya ng uniciano hospital. Feed back naman mga sis kung ok yungn location kung hindi mahirap transportaion going to makati both kasi kami ni hubby work sa makati.  TIA!

^hi sis accessible sa lahat yung location na yan.actually malapit lang din kami sa unciano. If you are working in makati, isang sakay lang ng tricycle papunta sa terminal.

Buy from a reputable developer sis. Kase ang downside of living in a hilly  part of the city is landslide. If you remember the Cherry Hills incident before sa Cogeo, super scary talaga yon. Madame naman ok na developers in Antipolo like Filinvest.

Another downside of living in Antipolo is that kahit hinde binabaha, yung dadaanan mo to get to the Metro eh mejo binabaha (like Marcos Highway -- where we live; Sumulong highway, and Ortigas extension). But anyway, halos lahat na yatang parts ng Metro Manila ngayon, binabaha na, kahit yung places na hinde inaabot before.

thank you sa mga feedback mga sis.. yung developer kasi haustalk di siya kilala. pero nung nakita namin [textspeak!] house ni hubby ok sa panlasa namin. naguguluhan ako sabi nila kasi malayo daw sa makati ang antipolo. pero ayko naman kasi lalo sa cavite, laguna or bulacan..

^Malayo talaga sis. Marcos Highway lang kame, malapit sta lucia. I go to work in BGC and it takes me around 1.5-2 hours to drive everyday kapag between 9 to 11am ang pasok ko.

^Kung upper Antipolo ka, maraming FX dito from Antipolo Bayan (Malapit sa Cathedral) going to Makati. Kung pauwi naman from Makati marami din FX papuntang Antipolo. Alamin mo na lang kung saan ang sakayan sa Makati kasi hindi ako familiar kung saan ang terminal nila.

I am living in Upper Antipolo for 8 years now at hindi problem ang pagcommute kasi madami ng FX.

For the subdivision naman, mas maganda kung visit nyo talaga muna ang place and ask around kung bahain ba ang area nyo. I am residing in Maia Alta at hindi naman binabaha sa amin.
