hello,, tanong lang,, maghahabol ba ang DU kasi may utang pa ako mga 200 sa kanila,, sabi kasi nang pinsan ko wag mo nang bayaran tutal uuwi ka na at alang balak bumalik,, natatakot kasi ako baka habulin nila ako hanggang dito sa pinas kung di ko yun babayaran,,, :( tapos nakakakonsensya din buti na yung alang utang tas ibang bansa pa yun,,, :(

may mga kaibigan ako na nagloan sa dubai around 30k dirhams. umuwi na sila dito sa pinas at walang nang planong bumalik. hanggang dito daw tinatawagan sila. pero di ko alam up to what extent ang kaya ng bangko sa paniningil nila.

For Filipinos currently residing in the UAE and wish to enter into marriage, the following documents must be submitted either to the Embassy in Abu Dhabi, which has jurisdiction over the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, or to the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai, which has jurisdiction over Dubai and all the northern Emirates:

1.Three (3) photocopies of the contracting party's birth certificate, duly certified by the National Statistics Office (NSO) and authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Manila;
2.Original NSO Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) of each contracting party, duly authenticated by the DFA;
3.Passport copies of the contracting parties;
4.Passport copies of the witnesses;
5.Two (2) recent passport-size pictures of the contracting parties;
6.(If applicable) Parental consent of the parents for applicants aged 18-21, duly authenticated by the DFA, and
7.(If applicable) Parental advice of the parents for applicants aged 22-25, duly authenticated by the DFA.

The contracting parties must appear personally at the Embassy or Consulate General when they submit the above documents and apply for a marriage license. The license will then be posted for fifteen (15) consecutive working days prior to the schedule of their wedding. The total amount of fees will be Three hundred and forty Dirhams (AED 340.00).
