Hi nag order hubby ko ng duromine, but nagulat kami may kasamang set ng bangkok pills hindi namin alam kung para saan ang bawat color ng pills, nagtxt yung seller and told us the instruction, as in ganun talaga kadami yung ittake? Yung iba ittake ng 3pcs sabay sabay, pero ang ginawa ng husband ko nagtake muna siya nung maliliit na tablets, after taking 1 duromine, ito ang feedback niya masyado daw malakas ang effect dahil ilang beses na siyang pabalik balik sa cr... I think mga pitong beses na yata and i am not kidding. Ganun ba talaga? Sobra bilis ng metabolism?

Ang bilis nga makapayat ng ganitong mga pills. I tried na last last year. Yes pumayat nga ako. As in. Pero the effects. My gadh! Dito ka naman babawian. Mega headache. Insomnia. Dry skin. Ull look like a walking zombie. A lot of my friends said na. I looked chakka, always ngarag, and prang kagagaling sa sakit even my bf told me. Pero saka lang niya sinabi nung tumaba na naman ako. Kaya nung narinig ko mga compliments na yan. Nagpataba ulit ako. Now im just controlling my appetite and cravings. Descipline and i nireplace ko na lang ng Braggs Apple Cidar Vinegar to maintain my weight.
Just a friendly reminder mga sis. Ingat ingat po sa pagtatake ng pills. Better safe than sorry because we dont what this chemicals or pills might give on the later life sa body natin.

So to optimize the results? Ano maganda diet? Do i need to go to the gym to exercise or pwede na light/medium exercise lang at home yung simpleng aerobics ok na say 15-20mins a day?

@oracle yes it's illegal but you can still buy it through olx. You will be surprised that the seller actually looks very decent, pero girls, take note that BP is not safe. I have taken this way back when, and it really messes with the brain.

You will be more prone to depression, and the weight loss will just be temporary if you won't have a lifestyle change anyway.

Ordered a 14 day plan pills (Strong) I dont know if kakayanin ko 'to. I need to be thin before our celebration kasi. Sana di sumakit ulo ko, Hirap pa naman ako pag nagkakamigraine. Will update you guys for the results!
