Sayang Alex Pettyfer wasn't chosen as Peeta. Actually lahat ng YA books na binabasa ko lately, si Alex Pettyfer ang leading man lagi. I hope they do justice with the book.

finally (after 48 years! lol!) i was able to finish mockingjay lastweek.  malungkot towards the ending but in general it was a good read. bonus na lang for me that katniss ended up w/ peeta . i like peeta for her sa book 1 pa lang.

In some way, gusto ko yung book but every time iniimagine ko yung story, ang violent kaya di ko sya super gusto.  But interesado ako sa film. Nandun si Stanley Tucci eh isa sya sa mga faves ko

This trilogy is one of my favorite YA novels. Love the turn of events and Peeta's undying love of Katniss. Must-quote ang mga lines!

finish reading the 3 books in 4 days! whew! Definitely worth reading. Ok na din for me Katniss ended up with peeta.. so excited for the movie...

i've read the first book. and boy it was amazing! i couldn't put down the book! so i got to the second book. unfortunately halfway through it i was really bored. i stopped and now i'm planning to get back on it soon.

can anyone tell me if it gets better?

sis Lolita006 - if matapos [textspeak!] expectations mo from the first 2 books, bka madisappoint ka sa 3rd book. well for me i will judge it as overall na [textspeak!] and not per book. This is a very enagging trilogy, hndi ko na tlaga binitawan at mahirap mabitin so magandang u already have all the 3 books available before u even start with book1. Nakakapraning kasing mabitin..haha! dati kc book1 pa [textspeak!] [textspeak!] meron ako at ang daming bookstores [textspeak!] inikutan namin ng friends ko para [textspeak!] makumpleto until book3. it took us 3 weeks ata bago nka resume ng reading.

bsta I am super excited for the movie next year (i think March 23, 2012). this is my best series after HP

just finished the trilogy. i loved the first book, second and third okay lang. i kinda agree with one of our sisses here who said parang sloppy and disjointed yung pagkakasulat ng book 3. pero naisip ko din, the writing style reflect's katniss's state of mind, all muddled and kinda incoherent at times. so in that aspect, justifiable naman (for me at least).

Just finished the whole trilogy. The first book really was the best. I got so hooked and finished it within a day. The second was still good, but the third was so-so lang for me and I was kinda disappointed about the ending. As much as I like Peeta, I felt super bad for Gale :p  I wonder if they're doing a movie for all of the books kasi the third books gets pretty violent din.
