I have question din! work requires 11hrs in front of PC..
Pero sa sobrang takot ko na masira mata ko, pagdating ng bahay, di na po ako naghuhugas ng face..I'm super scared talaga! So, facial cleanser lang gamit ko..or cold cream..as in paulit ulit yun hanggang wala ng traces ng dirt..LOL
paggising ko, dun na lang ako nagwawash ng face.
Tama ba itong ginagawa ko or myth lang? After ilang hours ba before we can wash our face? Di ko pa natatanong ito sa Doc, nahihiya ako eh LOL

^ yes thank you. I am not yet a glaucoma patient just a candidate according to my glaucoma specialist doctor. I had so many test including the pachymetry i think (not sure of the spelling) and picture of my eye nerves. I am too young to have it according to her, looks like in 5 years it might develop in glaucoma.

Thanks, Doc Richie yep definitely no double vision here hehe. super slight deviation na mostly ako lang nakakapansin since i know myself. parang i noticed this only a year after i started working, will take your advice and consult with an optha, hopefully macorrect.

ask lang ako, what is this state where the eye moves outwardly? it is often associated with goiter eh. Is this treatable? Can the eyes go back to its original state? Pls answer. Thanks in advance!

there are a few "states" where the eye moves outwardly. they are generally NOT directly related to goiter. usually goiter pushes the eyeball forward and relatively evenly. it is possible for the orbital fat and muscle to squeeze the eye in an "outward" direction.  can it be treated? in general, yes. but this depends on exactly what is happening.

The best person to ask would be an Ophthalmologist who specializes in Orbital diseases.

If the patient is covered by PhilHealth, it can range from zero to around P100K. It depends on the hospital, severity/level of complexity of the cataract, the type of materials and lens implant to be used, the qualifications of the doctor,etc.

Hi doc, i have been wearing contact lenses for almost 5 years. The last time I went to an eye doctor is about a year na. He told me that I am suffering from GPC due to the lenses, he advised me stop wearing those pero hindi ko talaga kaya, my grade is almost 600 and i dont like to wear glasses. Is the GPC harmful to the eyes, pwede ba ko mbulag dun?

GPC is not good for your eyes. On the extreme side,yes, it may  potentially, eventually lead to blindness ( although rarely). So you really need to stop using soft contact lenses and explore other means of correction.

^sis hindi yata? Sa clinic malapit dito 800, sa EO di ko alam.. Sa Quiapo sis.. Ang ginagawa ko papatingin ako sa doctor ko. Tapos binibigay ko yung results sa pagawaan sa quiapo yung kabilang kalye sa may isetann kapag wala akong budget..ü
