hi everyone..this is my first time to reply to a thread in GT but I've been a frequent visitor of this forum..same w/ the girls who replied here, i'm nearing 27 but i consider myself an nbsb though i had some sort of MU w/ some guys but i won't count them as relationships per se.. ewan ko i fell in love several times na rin naman but when the guy wants us to be exclusive i get scared and i do things to push them away..i think i'm commitment phobic..hay, sadness

My first GT post:

NBSB din...I'm turning 24. may mga pseudo-relationships in the past (so technically, nbsb). used to date a lot of guys, then they turned to either really close friends or pseudo relationships. fell hardly in love once but the circumstances and timing were off.

nakakinis lang [textspeak!] pressure from family and relatives na wala pa kong pinapakilala (kung alam lang nila). some girl friends are worried na commitment phobic daw ako. and some guy friends think na nakaka-intimidate daw ang independence ko.

siguro nga hindi pa ko ready mag-commit...

I'm turning 26 this year, and well, wala pa nagkamali. haha There's no pressure from family and relatives but sometimes shempre I can't help but think what's wrong with me. My friends tell me that I'm intimidating and looks suplada daw, but I'm really not. Maybe yun ang reason. May mga nabalitaan akong type daw ako pero they never pursued it. Naniniwala din ako that the right one will come IN god's time.

Hi mga sis! I can totally relate to all of you. I'm turning 30 this year. definitely, may pressure na, dati pa, from friends and relatives.
Ganun siguro tlaga. ano magagawa natin, dba kung hnde magtugma? hehe.. kung yun ayaw mo, un ang pwede, yun gusto mo hnde pwede.  Hnde naman sa mataas ang requirements, pero siguro nga in God's time.

goodness! thank you at may thread na ganito. yeah i'm 22 and like NBSB, i dated, may mga flirty scenes but never got involved. commitment phobic nga siguro ako.

fear is my comfort zone ika nga nila.

i'm not bothered by the fact that i'd end up becoming a legit spinsterella or a full pledged madre. bothered ako sa reto na pinaggagawa ng family, friends ko.

it's a choice i guess may mga manliligaw pero di ko type i had  friends/college batchmates na nanligaw yung isa twice ko ni-turn down i tried to go out with him pero barkada lang talaga tingin ko sa kanya..tapos dito sa work meron din nanliligaw pero di ko type talaga yung pinsan nya type ko LOL  pero yun nagpahaging lang before but he's not that into me siguro to pursue me further last i heard may gf na sya aray! not meant to be..twice nangyari sa akin yung ganun like ko yung guy nagpahaging pero di naman nag-effort..or pihikan lang talaga siguro ako im not the type who falls easily for a guy.

anyway ok lang sa akin i wont jump into a relationship just for the sake of experiencing it..for now i enjoy being single i can do what i want isa pa siguro masyado akong independent..

kaya girls enjoy na muna natin pagiging single just let the right one find us aryt!

me! nbsb din. meron namang mga guys na nagpaparamdam, pero hindi all out. saka tulad ng iba nating sisses here, medyo natatakot din ako sa pagcommit. :|

I'm 24 and NBSB. Marami akong friends ngayon na NBSB din sila. By choice nung una tapos ngayon ready and willing na ako...wala naman lumalapit. Same comments and sentiments as most of you...intimidating daw ako, mataray, masyadong choosy, masyadong mataas ang standards, takot ma-hurt, takot daw ang guys sa smart girls (di naman ako ganun), etc. Pero kahit na ganito, masaya pa rin ako. Dati kasi gusto ko magka-bf just for the sake of it. Now I really want to wait for, get to know and love the person na ibibigay ni papa God. I pray for it everyday.

I've known success stories of NBSB girls marrying their first boyfriends. Patience lang talaga ang kelangan. Di naman ako nag-eexpect ng prince charming, perfect guy or whatever. Basta darating din yan.

sisters I have a suggestion, what if we make updates of each other who met someone or nagka-bf na. Maybe it would inspire us to wait more or be not afraid of committing.

I had a friend shes NBSB.. shes nice, intelligent, cute, flawless, and intellectual person, she likes book.. Sometimes, shes telling me that she wants to have BF na pero walang nangliligaw sa kanya.  Ano kaya ang problem sa kanya, it seems shes too perfect??? siguro na iintimidate sa kanya ang mga Guys... I adviced her to entertain and go for a date, but she's very pihikan ata.  Kaya yun NBSB sya...

ako no suitors since birth, pero nagka bf na ko ng kami lang nagkaintinidhan, pero di ko naranasan na may nanligaw talaga in person.meron mga nagkaka crush sakin, pero walang ligaw.

di ko lam din, baka intimidating ako. sabi nila mukha daw ako suplada.

sabi ng mga friends ko mataas ata daw ang standards kaya single pa rin ako.. at napaka independent ko din kasi.. at intimidating din.. kaya [textspeak!] wala pa din bf.. pero by choice din dahil nag-papaaral din ako ng kapatid at dagdag hassle at isipin din pag may bf ka.. saka gusto ko pa magawa ang mga goals at ibang plano ko sa buhay..

Ang dami rin pala natin  I'm juz wondering, naiisip niyo ba minsan na siguro you're meant to be single??

I never had a bf and still kinda hopeful na he's just somewhere with the wrong girls and he'll find his way to me...pero eversince bata pa ako, i kinda have this feeling that I was going to be alone all my life...hindi naman ako nasasad sa thought, minsan relief pa nga coz I don't think na i need a partner coz I can pretty much survive alone. Pero curious din at the same time how it feels like to be inlove with someone who is equally in love with me too.
I am sure I am ready for a commitment, pero yung mga interested sakin, they are not interesting enough for me. Ganon na lang lagi, kaya lalo akong nawawalan ng interest maghanap/maghintay ng bf.
