Sis, tumawid ka ba sa Plaza Indonesia? It's nice din.

Hindi na kami nakapunta sa Plaza Indonesia. Nakita ko from the outside lang siya. Masyado kasi kami natuwa sa theme ng Grand Indonesia. Dun na lang kami nagpicture picture. Naenjoy din namin Food Louver, upscale na food court. Tapos may pila ng Blue Bird sa labas kaya pag tamad na maglakad pabalik ng Studio One, cab na lang kami.

Nakakastress lang nung arrival namin sa airport, daming mga cab drivers na pakalat kalat lang and nangungulit samin kahit sinabi na namin na we weren't interested. Siyempre pag ganun, parang mas safe kung sa pila ng cab ka talaga sasakay, di ba?

Meron pang isang tao dun sa airport na super friendly kaya dubious. Pinapahiram pa ko ng iPhone if I'd want to call anyone daw (eh sino naman tatawagan ko sa Indonesia, wala naman akong kakilala don). Tapos kahit iniignore na namin siya, chinichika pa rin nya kami asking where we are going to stay and stuff. So medyo natakot kami kaya nagmadali na kami umalis ng airport.

^^Oo nakakakaba yung mga nakatambay outside the arrival area...good thing I was riding with the PAL crew sa bus nila to the hotel, or else feeling ko kukulitin din nila ako...upon seeing the traffic and all, I appreciated Manila more...heehee

Basta always remember - Blue Bird at Express lang ang sasakyan. Wala nang iba. Beware also of fake Blue Bird.. Marami lang talaga epal sa airport.

galing naman ng tourism ng bali, nung nakita ko yung kuta beach , sabi ko ito na yun?? ang layo sa boracay,  di rin ganun kalinis,  pero sobra dami nila turista

Would it be worth the trip if sa jakarta lang? or i really have to go elsewhere? pls suggest

^^ sa Bali naman, it's more than the beaches. It's the culture that they are banking on.

^ Sa akin okay lang, basta know the right places para sa gusto mong makita.

ingat lang dun sa mga money changer sa bali dun sa mga stalls lang, mandaraya ang iba dun, make sure na bilangin muna ang pera bago umalis sa harap nila

anyone been to the raja ampat islands? my gulay, panalo. it has the most diverse marine life in the world and super ganda, well, based on the pics. pero parang katakot ang diving or even snorkeling dito kasi ito yata yung may snakes. still, ang ganda!!! punta tayo!!!

There used to be a Bali thread. I remember posting my experience when we went there a hundred years ago. Tagal na kasi! What was memorable for us was the different towns' art specialties. One town was known for their wood carvings another known for their oil paintings, etc. I wasn't too much impressed with their beaches. Maganda pa ang Bora, Bohol and Palawan natin. It was the people and their culture that impressed us though, gentle, friendly and helpful. Nice pa their temples usually surrounded by lush greenery. It has a very calming effect on a person.

Overall a very good experience and worth a visit!
