kapag hindi anion pad ang gamit ko, i use cottony pad (modess, kotex) and see to it to change after 4 hours. No more rashes pa rin.

if at home i use jeunesse napkin kasi per hour change ko heavy bleeder kasi ako lalo na pang 2nd and 3rd day,,but if im at work pampers diaper na gamit ko,,then change every 3hrs na kasi kung hindi me mag change para na akong nakunan sa dami ng dugong tatagos....

Before I only buy modess because it keeps me dry but when I found out I have pcos and infections I switched to FC Bio Napkins this year kasi sabi daw it helps in many repro-related diseases. When I'm not menstruating I just use FC Bio panty liners it really makes me feel fresh as in malamig sya sa pakiramdam. Yun pa rin gamit ko wala ng any itchiness and unpleasant odor and wala na pains in that area. I really avoid ordinary napkins kasi I read na most commercial napkins are made from recycled and bleached materials which is contaminated ng dioxin. Look it up sisses might save u from possible future repro problems. I swear by this product.

I also like the Jeunesse napkins. That's what I use when I ran out of FC Bio napkins. But as much as possible I don't use other napkins lalo na yung nabibili lang sa grocery. Medyo mahal yung FC pero worth it.

Currently pregnant and I'm using cloth pads na liners for the discharge. Before I conceived though, I was using menstrual cups. But when I give birth birth, cloth pads for post-partum muna dahil for sure mahihirapan ako to insert the cup.

So far, okay experience ko with the cloth liners. No UTI since walang fibers ng cotton na naiiwan. Matipid pa since sinasama ko lang sa regular laundry, and of course, no garbage.

Anion pads and liners, walang amoy and very absorbent.. medyo pricey nga lang and hindi nag work sa repro problems ko. Modess gamit ko pag wala akong stock ng anion.

regular napkin - Those days with wings. mura na, maganda pa quality. hirap maghanap kasi laging out of stock. but in my opinion, it's the best pad in terms of quality and price.

i don't get girls who shell out a lot on pads like kotex or whisper.. di naman nakikita yung napkin at itatapon rin naman yun kaya bakit branded pa ang kelangan bilhin?

overnight napkin - Sisters. mura na, effective pa. hands down!

pantiliner - Those days. all the other brands... ambilis matanggal ng dikit. tapos ambilis tagusan. yung Those days pwede pa siya kapag sobrang hina yung period. yung charmee, discharge ko palang palpak na! if not available yun Those days, yung Gentle maganda rin. the others...fail!!

It's just a matter of preferences sis. What works for you might not work for others. I tried sisters before, di ako comfy kasi makapal. Ewan baka yun lang yung variant na nabili ko. Lagi ako may side leaks kaya dapat ang gamit ko may wings na madikit talaga ang tapes that's why whisper ako. Some don't use some brands, kasi nagkakarashes sila, infection, etc. Parang sa pagpili din yan ng disposable diaper ng baby. Di ba tinatapon lang din naman, pero pinipili natin yung hiyang kay baby.
