its quite easy, if you're new to tampons then you can buy the ones with applicators or the mini. and when it is inserted correctly, you won't feel it, kaya nga you'll forget about your period hehe  and if you're sexually active then no need to be scared of tampons, its a lot smaller than your man's thingie

I'm a Modess user eversince but since yung bagong Whisper na cottony clean..nag shift na muna ko...Actually medyo hesitant ako to try kasi supre rashes ako sa Whisper pero kasi nga sabi cottony clean so I tried it..I now bought 2 sets agad..LOL..Whisper convert

Eh diba hindi rin naman advisable na gumamit everyday ng panty liners? As much as possible nga hindi na dapat gumamit nun eh.

the pubic does not, i think. hindi naman yan nagpapawis sis, you better have yourself checked if foul talaga odor mo down there, it could be an indication of a problem. Check with your OB.

hi mga sis... have you heard about ANION? and how good it is... sobra mga sis.. as in na shock ako sa mga nkita ko comparing this ANION sanitary napkin sa mga brand x... and im sure pag nkita nyo ma aamaze din kau.. it has negative ions din para maayos din yung regulation ng blood, to lessen or totally mawala yung headache and dysmenorhea...and yung how they make the napkins grbe sobrang ganda nung materials compared of brand x...

i don't like pads na may "weave", not only does it feel itchy, nagkaka-rashes din ako, sobrang coarse kasi ng texture.

i always get rashes in whisper and modess, need ko lang mag-modess na pang-overnight kasi super likot ko matulog and tagusin talaga ako. i never experienced not having rashes with the napkins im using like modess, whisper, and charmee. kahit nagkaka-rushes, always go pa rin ako sa modess dry max with wings. hirap pag nagkaka-rashes na, sobrang kati talaga.

any recommendation on sanitary napkins na hindi nakaka-rashes?

Try using unscented pads sis. Modess user den ako before but I switched to Sisters, kasi wala na ako makitang MOdess na unscented, feeling ko dun ako uncomfy. Gusto ko Sisters, lalo na yung pang-overnight.

Ok den yung Lovemoon sabi ng ate ko, never ko pa na-try since bfeeding ako.
