oo nga sis medyo mahal kaso ang alam ko 3 weeks bago ma kuha ang bagong passport if you process it sa pinas... rush pa yun ha... if ever uwi ako to renew my passport i can't stay that long din

^ my husband's passport renewal took only 1 day. syempre alam mo na under the table process eto. we paid 5k. pero green passport pa rin to kasi matagal daw talaga process ng maroon. haba daw process sa banko central kung san kinukuha ang docs.

^ hello mga sisses!! iniinvite ako ng cousin ko na maghanap ng work jan sa SG... pero i heard na mahirap daw maghanap ngayon kasi nagcocomplain na ang mga locals sa dami ng foreigners sa SG. ano ba ang current working condtion jan mga sis? thanks

^ good morning din sis. usually it's the employer's who applies for an e - pass or s pass from the Ministry of Manpower for their foreign employees.  I have not heard of anyone who were able to have their e pass/ s pass even before they got hired.

unless pwede pala... can any of our sis give feedback on this?

mga sis mahirap ba maapprove ang epass? kasi si bf natanggap na sa japanese firm pero apply pa daw ng epass.. sana nga ok na eh.. thanks..

^^^sis bka ibig niyang sabihin iyong EPEC Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate. at hindi Employment Pass. Ito kasing EPEC pede ka magstay sa singapore ng up to one year while looking for a job. EP Employment Pass is kung me work ka na, iyong company ang magaapply nito for you sa ICA.

^^ thanks sis. kasi sabi nung recruiter niya oknaman daw kasi epec holder si bf eh.. tomorrow siya magpass ng reqts sa recruiter niya eh.. pray ko nga na ok na, kasi mag 3 months na siya don, IT pa work niya. ECE siya. mahirap daw talaga ngaun don maghanap eh.

i think ok lang din sa kanila. kasi marami rin naman dito mga diploma holders lang. yun nga lang mostly singaporeans and malaysians and alam ko.

mga sis, may alam ba kayo na condo room sharing sa red line na hindi lalayo sa khatib? may nababasa ako sa pinoysg pero sa woodlands/admiralty/choa chu kang na eh... masyado ng malayo for me. by july sana.

ako 3 months and mag 4 months nang nanghahanap ng work sa sg. actually to be exact, pang 9th week ko na actively looking. umuwi lang ako sa pinas ng 3 weeks but i still apply online.


take it from me, 2 years experience and a liberal arts graduate. nakaka 150 emails a week but no job yet in SG until now. samut saring emotional, financial and physical (dahil sa mga PH and SG IO) and naeexperience ko but still holding on!

^^ yup sis nagkainterview ako 2day sa geylang (lol not in the redlight ha) so the HR discussed the work, we get along really well ang tagal namin nakipag chat. yeah its just like a chat. never felt nervous. at the end of the interview, she said may iinterviewhin pa siya later, shocking biglang bumaba puso ko what are the chances na naman...laging ganito scenario ko, first interview lagi haha.
