Mga sis, okay ba yung Horizon Travel Agency? Naghahanap kasi ako ng all-in package na 4D3N to Hongkong, mga early December yung alis. Please suggest LEGIT travel agencies na may offer na ganito. Thanks!

Close na ang Pab Star, nabiktima rin kami dito. Ngayon ko lang nalaman na close sila and meron pala silang "deficit" January this year, binayaran namin voucher sa MetroDeal mga December 2011, bat kaya hindi naramdaman ng metrodeal yun? Naisip ko tuloy style nila yun accept lang ng accept payments para ma-refund mga masnauna nila clients or customers tapos magiging cycle. Di lang nila magawa siguro ngayon yun dahil nabuko na sila. Nakaka-trauma rin yun ganun tatakbuhan ka. Di na nga namin ma-contact.

try nio po magtanong dito sa 168Travel Co. contact no. 446-9463 or 09178872835 para sa package to HK but in my opinion parang mas ok yung schedule na DIY kesa sa package tour.

I highly recommend Global Sights Travel.  It's a home-based travel agency but they are really efficient and reliable. Ms. Catherine helped me book for my flights to US and Mexico with less than a week before my scheduled departure!  She will really make an effort to look for the best routing and best rates available.

@super_she, sis sa kanya din ako nage-inquire ngayon about my travel to germany and so far sya yung mga lowest rate sa lahat ng mga travel agencies na kinontak ko and very accommodating nga si ms. catherine sa lahat ng questions ko. dahil first time kong magta-travel sa europe at first time kong magpapa-book thru a travel agency syempre marami akong tanong  you said home-based lang sya, ang galing ha. did you go to her place for the payment or you just deposited it to her bank account? and did you made a reservation first sa plane ticket or you booked it right away and paid her agad?

Yup, they're home-based and comparable ang rates nya with online rates ng airlines.  She and I helped each other look for the lowest ticket online then she used her booking facility to reserve the flights so it can be held for 24-48hrs (depending on the airline).  You can deposit your payment to their bank account, but what I did is I went to their place in Litte Baguio and paid there.

What I liked about Ms. Catherine is that after purchasing the tickets, she still monitors how you are doing with your travel -- if everything went smoothly or if you encountered problems.  I really like the service of Global Sights.  I won't think twice booking thru them again in the future.

On the contrary mas sulit if you DIY trips to the US and Europe   If you don't want the hassle of preparing/planning a trip then travel agency lang ang katapat mo.

I like joining tour packages para mabilis namin mapunyahan ang mga tourist sites lalo na kung first time ko sa place par tipif sa time. Pero kung second timekona sa place mas gusto ko DIY na lang.

^for the tour with accomm pwede kang makakuha ng 5k each pero sa airfare medyo malabo. Dapat ang maging travel date nyo hindi peak season para makakuha kayo ng promo.
