ah, wala bang "activities"?  :D what's your workout and diet like? :) kasi if you're in too much of a deficit (like working out too often, too intensely, plus super diet), it can throw your cycle off.

^Wala, single eh. hehe.

Yeah, maybe i work out too often. Nagkaron na ako, but unlike before na 1st and 2nd day super lakas, ngayon, 2nd day pa lang parang pa-wala na. Yay.

^Siguro nga sis kasi active na tayo ngayon. :)

I read somewhere, na yung mga athletes daw, minsan thrice a year lang nagkakaroon because of their rigid training.

I lift weights 3x a week-- men's program  ;D ;D ;D

I do boxing twice a week

girls, I do weight training every other day with a 5kg dumbbell.. 10 reps, 3 sets, full body, compound exercises as previously suggested in this thread.. do I still need to incorporate at least a bit of cardio to get abs in 3 months? lol it's doable naman diba as long disiplinado talaga? And I intend to kasi may challenge kami ng asawa ko.. sabi ko, give me 2-3 months :P

I also take 5000mg green tea caps before I workout para sa fats. I'm buying fish oil too so I can take it in the morning

any suggestions? tamad kasi ako magcardio.. aside from that, wala ring time... so i'd rather do weight training.

^I buy it from here in Australia from a local drugstore... 1 tablet is 10,000mg! So I break it in half. Before I used to take it whole, pero kasi kung iincorporate ko l-carnitine and chitosan, baka naman ang OA lol
