Sometimes when I think about the hurts and pains I've been through...
I realize that being single isn't the worst thing in life...

Ako fresh na fresh pa ang break up ko sa last bf ko kasi last month lang yun. 2 days after our 1st anniversary. Since wala na naman ako magagawa kasi nangyari na e unlike before na as in finefeel ko ang mga sad love songs. Ngayon, I make myself busy doing so many things like jogging after office then kapag weekend naman I woke up early & jog. Then sa ngayon di ko pa alam ano pa [textspeak!] ko gawin just to keep busy at maiwasan ang pagmumukmok

I'm single for almost 9months. Friends are having their partners na. And I'm being left behind. Hahaha. Minsan naiinggit ako pero parang di pa ako ready to commit ulit. At walang nanliligaw. Minsan feeling kawawa, feeling panget, feeling undesirable. Pero naisip ko, kung may darating eh di okay, kung wala eh di wala.

Doing things I love, like watching movies or TV shows, reading books, spending time with my friends and family, etc.

It also gives me time to think, the freedom to sleep as long as I want or go out when I want without having to take into account a BF's schedule.

Ever since I became single, I was able to go to places I've never been before within and out of the country. I'm able to try new things like new sports and hobbies. I was able to meet up again with friends and hangout with them anytime and I was able to enroll myself to different courses to develop my skills and talents. Met a lot of new and interesting people. All of which are hard to do when you're stuck with a boyfriend(especially a possessive one). I also get to spend my money all for myself and my family of course. I feel free and independent. Of course I miss being with someone whom I can hold hands with or cuddle at night but the freedom that I am experiencing is priceless.
So...
-Travel and adventure
-Enroll to different class/courses
-Hanging out with friends
-Career/Work
-Family
-Shopping

Go out with friends and enjoy life.
Selfish na selfish coz everything is about me, for me, and me.
I pamper myself too much.

I have been reading GT since January and it helped a lot during my moving on process (just ended a 5 year relationship were everybody thought na kami na talaga forever even myself pero sya hindi pala). It is so nice to hear positive things about being Single.

I really appreciated life more and realized that I do not have to settle for anything that does not make me happy at the end of the day. Good thing na tinapos na rin nya kasi up until now baka nabubulag pa din ako.

Just surround yourself with positive people. And everything will be allright. There maybe times na nakakalungkot talaga pero it is still our choice if we will be affected with what others perceive as being single. Kasi most of the time being single equates to being miserable. I have a lot of still single friends and I see them as happy as the people who are in a relationship, minsan mas masaya pa nga e.

This last Valentine was an eye opener for me. I was greeted by a lot of my friends and received a lot of little things from my friends which made me more happy than the past valentines where I am in a relationship. I feel much more appreciated and loved. Just enjoy being single and do not settle for someone which you feel is not right  ;) I'm 27 and very much happy being single  :D

I think I'm doing a great job kahit na 1 year pa lang ako nagiging single. I'm enjoying time with family and friends, keeping myself busy at work and just pampering myself from time to time. Though at times may sad moments, I just let it pass. Di naman maiiwasan talaga 'yung mga ganung moments. Swerte ko na lang that I have positive people that loves and supports me.  ;) I believe that he's worth the wait, that what's keeping me positive and hopeful.  :D

Hello mga sis mag 8 years na ko single so can you imagine that? hahah

Im dating but di muna ko nag co commit pag di ubra sa instincts ko. And never pa naman ako nagkamali heheh.

But I know in my heart that There will be the One that is truly for me. So for the meantime self acceptance, plans my future and do the things I love doing. Im changing for the better. One advice I can give is Love yourself first. And acknowledging your feelings is the way for healing. You are giving yourself space for some love to enter.

Happy Single lang ang peg heheh. May naka attend na ba sa Feast Picc dito? Isa yun sa mga nakatulong sa akin and powerful talks and wisdom ni Bo Sanchez.

So if you want join na lang kayo and make yourself filled with positive vibes and strengthen your faith. Ako umaatend kahit solo since may mga errands ang friends ko pag sunday.
