Ang dami kong responsibilities and pressure nung nag-aaral pa ako... d naman kasi well-off ang family namin so I had to rely on scholarships and such.

I can honestly say that for the first time in my life, I am absolutely and blessedly happy, kahit single pa ako. Kasi I take care of myself na, I treat myself to stuff, go to places I want, learn things, etc...

I know I'm not drop-dead gorgeous naman pero dahil I take care of myself now, I feel beautiful and powerful!  ;D All the things that I didn't like about myself before, I have come to terms with now. I am so in love with myself right now that sometimes I think it's such a sin! Ahahahaha!

Sis, joining a group of friends na single or nbsb helped me a lot in staying happy kahit NBSB ako. We share the same interests and we have almost the same level of challenges and ways on how to overcome those. Lagi ko ngang nacocompare yung two closest friends ko ngayon eh. Yung isa NBSB, and super happy ako pag kausap ko siya kasi nga, I feel like even I'm single, I'm so pretty and young kasi ginagawa lang naming lokohan ang mga bagay bagay. I mean, hindi namin masyado pinoproblema pagiging single or nagpapadala s pressure. Pag tinatanong kami, sinasabi lang namin no strings attached hehe. Pero pag kasama ko yung friend kong isa na in a relationship, nabubugnot ako kasi yung problema nya is I think immature. Buti sana kung they're relationship is growing. But I think it's the other way around. I don't mean to offend those who are deeply in love and who can't get out of their relationship because they're dominated of what they feel already. Iba lang siguro talaga ang personality ko, hindi ako more on my heart, more on mind ako when being in love. Oh well. That's better for me. For now.  :)

How?
Here:
- Don't pity.
- Surround myself with people I love.
- Take care of myself.
- Never backtrack of past relationships downfall.
- Meet new people and read their stories ( I get a lot of inspirations from people I talked with. )
- Always being positive
- Remember this: Being single is better than staying being in a relationship that makes you bitter. :D

Advantage?
Here:
- I can do anything I want to do and go anywhere without thinking of asking someone's permission
- I can be with any people I wanna be with (like friends and other people)
- I don't have responsibilities of updating someone what I'm doing.
- I'm not expecting anyone's affection and not being disappointed.
- No emotional burden.
- No commitments.
- I'm not relying my happiness to anyone but myself.
- I get to dedicate my time to my family, friends, work and myself.

so there .. just to name a few. :)

i'm happy and content with being single.  presently, i'm in the process of finishing my master's thesis.  di ko to magagawa siguro kung married ako kasi graduate studies require so much time and effort.  singlehood is not supposed to be treated as a big waiting room where we wait for mr. or miss right.  rather, it is supposed go be a time for reflection and pursuit of whatever we want to pursue.  :)

Went to Amsterdam, Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and France last month in time for my birthday and i met a lot of travel buddies all over the world, is it that cool? Right now i am thinking to do cruisin in greece and turkey before end of this year, nakakaadik! ;D

Kaya yung mga single dyan na nalulungkot samantalahin nyo ang pagkakataon, there's more to life!!!xoxo

^hi chicgurl!

Wag mapressure. Life is too short, live life to the fullest!

I pray a lot for the guy that I am going to marry; but since I am single ... I am looking for ways to be a better person. I also tend to focus more on my goals and enjoy the leisure of spending my money on myself. hahaha!

Hindi pa ako ready magkaroon ng bf ayoko pa ng commitments and I need time for myself and for my son. Marami pa akong gagawin while I'm single. I WANNA KNOW MY SELF MUCH BETTER.

long distance kami ng x ko.... 8 years din kami... until i found out na may nabuntis siya na ka co-worker niya sa call center where he was working...... kala ko hindi ako agad makaka move on...tapos nung sinabi ko sa mga co-workers ko na wala na kami..hayun kung sino sino nirereto sa akin..

then i found out one thing!!! ang sarap pala maging single... hehe....enjoyin mo lang yung mga nagpaparamdam sayo...karamihan naman may sense of humour...just go with the flow... mas lumawak din yung perception ko regarding love...na kapag hindi kayo,, hindi talaga magiging kayo..at wag mong pipilitin kasi kaw lang mahihirapan.. God has someone better for you..

and always remember...when one door closes, another door opens!!!! and i still believe in love po...

i am so thankful that everything really fell into pieces. i had a boyfriend during college, where everyone in my group of friends also have boyfriends. so every break at school we're together. we broke after college. i had a job and is of course earning. my friends became single as well. as we had our own money,  we spent it in ways that make us happy. we go out, travel, shop. 4 kami na laging magkakasama so feeling sex and the city kami, nasa late 20s na kami. until i got married last september. use the time being single to discover yourself, your wants and your dreams. minsan kasi you're too attach to one person na yung likes nya, nagiging likes mo na din then later marerealize mo na hindi mo naman pala talaga gusto yun. while single, have fun and save. dadating din ang "the one" and by that time comes, mature ka na ang you wont be trapped into the same pit once again ;D
