when my lovelife fell apart, i started to really focus on my studies to the point that i didn't like not having any school work to do.
sometimes i look at how stressed my girlfriends get about issues with their boyfriends and how their boyfriends control them, and i thank God that i'm single.
but seriously, i feel lonely on most days. i've been single for 2 years, and before that i was in a relationship for 5 years. and sometimes i get frustrated. it's like everyone else around me has moved on except for me. but even though i wanna find someone, i'm not the kind of girl who likes to go out there kasi so ayan wala rin naman napuputahan ang buhay ko

I just set my priorities for now, get busy with work and enjoy myself alone because I missed doing this. When I was in a relationship, I never had my own life, I can't do things that I want to do.. I was never REALLY happy... but it's good to somehow have someone someday...

I'm starting to get a hang of it, for a long time I've always put somebody else's needs first, and now I can do the things I want first, of course I miss having my special someone around specially because we didn't separate because we hate each other but because we know it's the best for both of us for now, but I know there's no use bringing back old memories when I can create new happier ones now. And I know I'm gonna find someone soon enough so I'm not worried all that's left to do now is enjoy because when I'm on a relationship again I'm gonna miss being single once in a while :)

Mag-isa umuwi. Mag-isa sa mall.

Minsan i feel lonely at jealous sa mga happy couples. Ako pa naman madalas ako mapuwing. Pag napupuing ako sa mata habang naglalakad ako, naaalala ko na single ako. Wala man lang iihip ng mata ko para sa akin.

wow, ako parang i see myself in you when I was your age. Kasi I had my first boyfriend when I was 17 nah.

I remember how I felt before and that same feelings was the exact same reason why I got my first boyfriend.

Okay so I was not really dateless before. I have a handful of suitors and admirers whom I keep on turning down just because they won't fit to my definition of "ideal boyfriend". It was okay turning down suitors left and right until my friends started to have steady dates/their own boyfriend. I was alone while my friends had their dinner dates and movie watching with their loved ones. I was alone going home while my friends were enjoying having a hatid-sundo.

That's when peer pressure started kicking in. Parang, I felt like I was left alone and pathetic.

Good thing I stil had my masugid na manliligaw at the time. ANd you can imagine what happened next. I tossed my boyfriend ideals out into the thin air because I was just so desperarte to have a boyfriend.

And guess what (happened)? I broke up with him after two months. Because I had some serious issues then with my heart and it just didn't feel right that we're together. Because I do not love him the way he loves me. prang napressure ulit???

What i realized is that I could have done better than what I did. Siguro if not because of my personal issues, our relationship could have lasted longer than 2 months. Like, if I think about how he took care of me before and how we got along. I could only wish I had some sort of time machine to undo the part where I broke his heart.

So maybe, what I'm trying to say is... Just make sure that you're feeling all of these longingness NOT because of peer pressure or SOCIETY's kasi ganun din, di ka rin magiging masaya. And worst you might even hurt the person/relationship who could be the best that'll ever happen to you.

But of course, my story doesn't necessary apply to your life. Feel free to make your own mistakes and learn from it. Be take some precaution from someone else's story.  ;)

@dell get a life...what's that? you already have one...hmmm...focus your time and energy on that, and pick on somebody else in your life, and stop drawing amusement from ours...okay? love you lots....NOT!!

Girls, being single is not so bad, better to be single than have an immature bf like somebody... ::)
