Hello sisses.. I've been wanting to try out yoga but I have scoliosis. Should I inform the instructor first? Would I be given different set/s of exercises/forms from the other students? Is there any reputable yoga classes in Greenhills area? Thanks very much!
Hi sis. I also have scoliosis & was recommended to try pilates first. Then you can probably do yoga when your core/back is stronger na. But it's always best to inform the instructor of your condition. You can try Pulse Yoga in Annapolis Greenhills. They offer both pilates & yoga.
Thanks for the suggestions sis. May I know what happens if I inform the instructor? Will I be given different sets of exercises? I mean if I am given another sets, I am just wondering how the instructor will concentrate on me when she has the rest of the class to teach or vise versa? Pasensya na, daming tanong..
