started my 1 week trial of bikram yoga at eastwood yesterday. challenging!
pero ang sarap mag pawis. i feel cleansed hehe.

ok to take a shower right after the yoga session?

most likely if i have one year practice already, im going to buy my dream Manduka mat.

Had my first session with Ms. Toinette Villajin 2 weeks ago. I really felt good after our session. I can't wait to come back! Her classes resume on Jan. 4.

I'm using Nike Yoga Mat. Only downside lang is it doesn't have it's own bag.

^Ako, oo. I tried yoga fundamentals in bliss yoga, pinawisan ako. Siguro 1 reason din is pawisin ako. Pero naka-aircon naman yun room, pinawisan pa rin ako

Hi sis, I was in her class just this morning.. Are you going back? I still have 14 coupons for her class, hehe... although I'm enrolled in Bliss Yoga.. Just wanted to try out different teachers.

Hi Clumsish... sorry for the delay... mine's just aquazorb..  not even the one with the stickies... I'm not even sure how you call that... the one with like beads that makes sure that the towel won't move when practicing.. for me just the normal aquazorb yoga towel... so that it is longer.  though i seldom use it coz i feel more comfortable without it... it feels madulas sometimes kasi and i loose grip. 

Sis Ibong, I also tried the Aquazorb Yoga towel, and true enough, medyo slippery nga siya.. Sana may makita ako nung with the stickies..  I also feel robbed with the yogitoes, skidless and Manduka towels.. teehee!

Oo nga, I feel so sad, 3 buildings away lang siya from work.. Now kelangan ko ng magcommute to go to their place.. But I'm really in love with the practice plus I'm so comfortable with my instructors who have been with me and guiding me from the start, I'm so attached to them..  kaya eto,, habol lang ako.. teehee!

Anyway, speaking of yoga thingies.. Help naman po on where to buy a yoga mat bag... Been struggling in bringing the pro lite just in an open bag.. nahihirapan ako maghanap.. not too expensive sana..

You might want to try the sunday market in legaspi.  Last time i went there i saw that they were selling yoga mat bags.  I didn't really looked at the designs since I already have mine but they did have a lot on display.

meron na actually, same pa rin as before.. but according to the FB updates.. Once they moved which is hopefully(unfortunately for me) next week, they will ask feedbacks from students regarding their schedules etc., I think they will also open Sundays now..

i think the one selling yoga mats at the legaspi market is deniece of indigo manila. they have a multiply site, pa-search na lang.
