Corpse Pose! Kasi makakatulog na ako hahaha Pero I know it's not the time to sleep, pero nakakatulog talaga ako. Buti na lang whenever the instructor said to "slowly move your fingers and feet", nagigising naman ako. pero seriouly, extended triangle pose favorite ko. kaso lately parang iba feeling ng ankle ko whenever i do the pose, so naisip ko maybe I'm doing something wrong na. Better check it with the instructor

i also heard of yoga moves at the somerset-olympia bldg beside the penn. they don't have a monthly fee yet and they charge P350/session. cheaper compared to others... i think they're kinda new. has anybody here tried them out yet?

If it's Anna Price teaching, tagal na yon. More than 5 years na. Sa basement ba?

Ok naman yoga sessions with her.  Pero I took them 5 years ago na din ata! :-)  Nagpapa-headstand sya minsan against the mirror with a partner na mags-spot sayo.

I've been doing yoga at home, on and off, with YogaZone VCD.

Then, i took Bikram yesterday (and today). my gad! ibang klase!  i almost gave up! pero i thought  to myself, breathe in, breathe out lang... kaya mo yan... ayun! i finished the class, although not all poses... and attended ulit kanina... it was much better the 2nd time.  i finished all poses... YEY!

it's not the poses that's challenging, e... it's the heat!

tomorrow ulit...

sakit ng thighs, and shoulders... pero it's all good!

Hi!

Not sure if this reply is too late but I tried bikram eastwood and the one in tomas morato. I liked both. Maybe tomas morato more because of the trainers.

Make sure to bring stuff for showering because you will really need one after the 90 minutes session.

I really liked bikram and since 5000 was too expensive for me I availed of the 3800/ month for the 6:30am class. (Tomas Morato and Makati).
I think it's called the early bird promo. For 3800/ month you can attend all the 6:30am classes. There's 3 classes in tomas morato and 2 in Makati. It was hard getting to Makati at 6:30 but it was well worth it. :)
Also beware of the shower room during the mornings. Apparently, all the people rushing for work goes to the same sched and the shower room was so crowded the wait time was almost just as long as the yogas session.

I am starting bikram again once my schedule is fixed. I'll probably go to eastwood since it is nearer.
Hope to see you there!

I do yoga everyday and I also spend an hour for guided meditation (do-it-yourself, all you need is a guided meditation CD). This practice calms my nerves and tempers my emotions.

What's the advantage of YOGA lang than the usual fitness regimen ng mga clubs? Kasi I find it too expensive although I wanted to try sana Bikram
